Michael Jackson Deluxe Zipper Jacket

It looks better than the product picture, which almost never happens with these cheap costumes. Of course it doesn't help when it's being hilariously modeled by some goof ball. Still, I was surprised.The thing looks great actually. It's made of a good quality (for what it is) red vinyl with a satin/matte finish on it. The inside of the jacket is line with neoprene while the sleeves are lined with a cotton material. Overall it breaths pretty well.All the zippers (there are a ton of them) are real, functioning zippers. No paint-ons or silver fabric strips, which is a great touch and adds to the over all look of quality.In the product picture the shoulder area looks black. But it's actually a shiny/shimmery metalic silver fabric covered with a netting/mesh material effectively giving off the illusion of silver sequins.I'm a pretty tall guy (6'2") and pretty thin. I found the XL to fit perfectly. The sleeves are a little short, but they're supposed to be rolled up anyway which brings me to my only complaint. The sleeves are meant to be rolled up, however the elastic around the cuffs is pretty tight. Even on my pathetic excuse for forearm muscles it was uncomfortable. Luckily my wife was able to make the alteration and now it fits fine.Overall I'd give it a 4.75. It's a great costume piece.

This jacket is awesome. I was able to get it for a good price here on Amazon and if you can do the same, I'd say go for it. I used to have a very similar one way back when I was in the 6th grade lol, it brings back good memories.Besides looking great, it's functional. I was actually getting warm testing it out wearing it in the house. The zippers are real and work.I won't wear this very often, but it's cool just to see it hanging in the closet. I am very happy with this jacket.

The jacket material is very cheap but it looks good overall. I ordered a medium based on the sizing but I should of ordered a large instead. I am a male 5'8 180lbs just to give you an idea. Lots of compliments at my Halloween party.

Hated it. Bought it for my daughter to be mj on Halloween, it was swimming on her and claims to be a size m..also looks cheaper in person, no go..

I bought this coat to wear to an 80's party. When I got it, I was surprised by the quality. I thought for the price the coat would fall apart almost immediately and look fairly cheap.Turns out the jacket looks amazing! I was complimented all night......that is until someone got close enough to smell it.Anyone within 6 feet of the jacket asked "What smells like motor oil/vinyl/moldy plastic?"So be warned, the looks are amazing but the smell is not.

This jacket did not look like a costume. I had a leather look to it, it was well made and was a great hit at the 80's party. Once again Rubies hit the mark for price and value

I wore this jacket in a full length reproduction I did of the Thriller video. I am not the best dancer but the shine and glisten of this jacket gave me the power I needed to make it through. I felt weightless. Great quality jacket. All the babes wanted me with this jacket on. Now I wear it to Wal-Mart.

The Jacket looks ok from far, I mean it does resemble a Michael Jackson jacket. Now with this said the jacket has a lot of poorly executed finishes like parts of it were not completed or they weren't put together all the way, and while from far it is not noticeable from close it doesn't look nice. Also, the inside of the Jacket creates a lot of static which I don't appreciate. Anyway, for the price I expected a better product.

Die Jacke ist gut verarbeitet und kommt dem original sehr nahe.Leider fällt sie etwas klein aus - daher besser eine Nummer größer bestellen.Das größte Manko ist jedoch der Geruch. Der Weichmacher ( denke ich zumindest) in dem Kunstlederstinkt sowas von zum Himmel.Auch nach mehrmaligem Tragen ist der Geruch noch nicht ganz verflogen

Smelled a bit weird, bled all over my things, and the look was a bit off

I bought this jacket for my 11-year-old son's Halloween party. It fit him perfectly! I was satisfied with my purchase.

Friends and family were impressed with the Jacket until closer inspection where they can see black marks and indents where the zips have been pressed against the jacket in its packaging.The red colour comes off if you rub the pleather so it is not possible to clean the black marks from the zips off without removing or discolouring the jacket.For the price I would of expected a better quality item
