At first I was iffy about this product. But recently I was interested in boxing and I realized that my reflex and agility skkills were lacking. So, I decided to search for a reflex ball to improve these skills. To my surprise this product, improved my skills, it even exceeded my expectations. This product is extremely helpful. It has improved my day to day activities. Even my boyfriend who called this product stupid at first, order one after trying mine out. I can’t go a day without using this product, it doesn’t feel like a workout to me now. It is part of my daily routine. I had made all my friends try it when they come over and they ALL love the product. The quality of this product is the best, out of all the ones that I’ve tried ! The hand band is so comfortable that it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing it! I highly recommend it to everyone, not just for those who are interested in boxing.

Been using it for the last month and a half. I have incorporated it into my post workouts, and is especially challenging on cardio days. I'm not a boxer by any means, so I couldn't tell you from personal experience how effective this product would be for perfecting your skills in the ring.As described already, the product comes with a black ball and a red ball. The red ball is heavier than the black one, and although it says that the black ball is for beginners, I *think* the red ball is much easier for adults to use, and hard af on the knuckles. The black one is very light, so it may be better suited for youngins.The first week using the reflex ball, along with occasionally getting popped in the face getting used to it, my knuckles were swollen af after five days str8 from using the red ball, due to hitting the ball either my bare fists or my workout gloves, which have no padding. I wanted to still get good bro, so I used my boxing gloves until I felt my knuckles healed up enough to take the constant impact bare fisted. And they did, so we're good now.Now, *sigh* the durability. You have to be careful not to pull too hard on the tag that holds the ring in place, or it will pop off. Also, I hit the ball so much that the elasticity eventually wore out. I don't know if could possibly send a replacement. I'ma have to look in the box to see if there's anything in there that says. If not, the product was pretty inexpensive, so it won't be too much of a big deal to buy another.Anyway, I hope this helps. If not I don't know what to tell you. Thanks for reading.

This is a simple idea that is well executed, which makes for a fun and genius product. I bought this just to try it out, but my entire family has been enjoying it. It takes a little bit of practice to get used to punching the ball, but once you get the hang of it, it is actually pretty fun and addicting. The lighter ball is easier to start out with, but once you get used to it, I definitely recommend the heavier ball because you will get so much more out of it. It really does work on your concentration and focus- once you start, you won't be able to stop! Since my whole family loves it (especially my mom, LOL), I will repurchase this as a gift to others!

Bought this as a gag gift for my son. He laughed and played with it a bit. It is a challenge to get it to work correctly. I don't really think it is good for exercising or practicing punches. Fun to bring out at parties to play with. Good for a laugh.

The product overall was great, came packaged as it was shown with a red and a black ball. The red ball is heavier than the black ball. The headband is pretty good, however, the strings need to be tied to the headband to use the ball. It states that the black ball is for beginners and the red ball is more difficult; in my opinion its the other way around. The black ball is very light and you need to have a better reflex to use it. The red ball, being heavier, does not come at you as fast as the black ball does, which makes it easier to use.

As a experienced boxer, this is one of the best kits I recommend beginners get a hold of when they start boxing. I really liked how there’s TWO ball levels to this kit AND THREE training modes they provide in the instruction manual so its definitely a bang for your buck. Their black ball is great for beginners! When you punch the ball, you can tell right away that it’s very soft. And, the less tensioned string gives you more time to react to the ball coming at you. Personally, I worked my way up to the red ball in less than a week so it’s very doable.I have a lot of experience when it comes to boxing/kick boxing, so DO trust me for this - DON’T waste your money to get extra balls for extra difficulty levels. After you go up to the red ball, it’s all literally the same and just excessive that won’t do you any more good. (They give you regular tennis balls instead of an actual reflex ball)In my opinion, BattlePulse is the diamond-in-the-ruff of reflex kits.

The product was open but luckily everything inside the package is in excellent condition and everything is perfect to use.

My complaint is with how you adjust the length and how it's just a string on the ball that you tie to the headband, I am not the only one who uses this so adjusting the length for different people is annoying and leaves you with a strong to deal with when in use.
