EcoNergy - 12V 10A Inverter Battery/Lead Acid Battery/Tubular Battery/Automotive SMPS Battery Charger/Deep discharged Batteries

Usage: I ordered the charger to give a bench charge to a 150 AH Exide inverter battery periodically, as per the recommendation of the Exide battery company. (Recommendations are: Once every 3 months, inverter batteries must be disconnected from the inverter and given a bench charge at constant current.)Likes: 1. The unit is compact, has ample ventilation with an internal fan, & has a strong sheet metal body.Dislikes: 1. The power line connects with a 2 pin to the mains supply. That means there is no earth connection to the metal body of the charger. This is against safety practice for all electrical equipment.2. The fan makes a good noise. The fan runs till the amber light is on for several hours of charging, till the charging is complete. (A better practice is to switch the fan on when the internal temperature goes above a specified value when fan cooling is needed. (That will save power, reduce noise, & extend the life of the fan.)3. No user manual/instructions received with the charger.

Review #1Liked: Excellent Packing, Very good product quality.I have already hooked it up to the car battery and it is currently charging at 7.6 Amps. Yet to arrive at the cutoff voltage, but so far I seem to like everything about the product. the build quality is excellent, unlike the plastic body chargers available in the market. It is not even getting warm to the touch. Provision of dual fuses protects both the input and output. I have read that we can charge the battery via the Cigarette Lighter Socket and will try that sometime. I used the charger for charging my 12v car battery. The charger worked well; The Charge was turned off, when the Battery is fully charged.The charger is a "Constant Voltage and Constant Current " type. As such provision of a Volt/ammeter could have been a great help to the user to know the charging Voltage and amperage .The output voltage is steady and constant when measured with multi meter.The charger was not heated during my car battery chargingPROSThe battery clamps are cheap-looking and are not insulated properly.A handle or strap could have been provided to the unit for easy transportationThere is no documentation or user manual.I recommend our friends to go for this if they need a car battery charger

battery voltage is 14.6 volt .no Auto-Cut system. continue charging green light visible . no visible red light charged complete light . i contact sunoxer technologist he advice to me when voltage is 14.7 v then cut of charging , but not voltage show 14.7 v dc, it may be the devices is problem . what i do ? Battery life may be short term. model no. LAC1210BCFC and LAC1210CVCC IS SAME PRODUCT ? IF NOT YOU RETURN AND REPLACE THE PRODUCT.

Good high cut off, but poor low voltage detection. I improve by restarting it. Once charging it is good; stays cool even on a 150 Ah battery
