Not working on XIAOMI M365

Only 2 of 4 bought actually worked
I ordered four units of which all four came only two of the four units were able to be flashed and work correctly one of the four did not work at all would not even power on the fourth one with power on and would work the motor but would not Flash and could not get the speedometer to work at all could not get the I'd like to come on in also could not change the speed modes from Echo to default to sport so two of the four were defective and unable to work therefore I paid double the price basically for the two that I ordered which were higher than the other ones online and I ordered it because I thought it would be oh yeah more better quality and that was not the case so basically if you order watch out only one out of two will work properly

Worked great, tricky at first
This item worked great. Hardware installation was pretty easy. Initially when I booted for the first time, the bluetooth icon was just flashing. I used the M365Down G app to install a custom firmware which gave me 35% more power and speed. There are many videos online that will direct you to the appropriate firmware to use. Once that happened the speedo worked and all was well.. I Mihome app detected the scooter when set to China. Happy with the purchase and recommend it to all my friends.

Partially works
The actual installation was easy, it definitely looks cheaper than the OEM pro dashboard. As far as upgrading the firmware it took multiple tries to get the circuit board upgraded and it's not possible to connect via bluetooth or upgrade the firmware for battery management. Feels like getting 1/3 of the features of the Pro scooter.

Entirely worthless.
Did not display speed, wouldn’t connect via Bluetooth, and wouldn’t even turn the headlight on. The tail light would turn on, but not headlight. So this is entirely worthless and actually loses functionality from the original board. I had a replacement sent and the second one was just as worthless.

You must know how to install
I am only rating this a single star because I could not use it. There are no installation procedures, and the videos on the amazon page are vague at best. You can find better videos on you tube, but either way...it is still difficult to make work. The items come perfectly packaged. Taking out the old dashboard and putting in the new one is super easy. Trying to make it work takes a tech genius and then some. Good luck if you plan to buy.....

Complete Garbage
The screwdriver you get with this is so small it stripped one of my screws and almost broke my motherboard. I can't even get the old one out now if I needed to. Also, the scooter isn't quite right since doing this. Slower speed, it gets hot. So not only did it not work, but it basically broke my scooter. I knew I shouldn't have ordered this crap!

Wasn't even in the box
The only thing inside the box was a tiny cheap screwdriver and screws and a pair of thin cheap gloves that a worker must have put into the box when packing. It did not include the circuit board or cover.
