Nicely made product but may be difficult to use with some bag types.
Very solid and fits great. Wish they had used counter sunk screws to match the counter sunk holes in the hook but it really doesn’t hurt anything. This is obviously designed for plastic grocery bags as the design leaves little room for a more solid handle or strap and it keeps the bag from bouncing up and off the hook. If your planing on carrying a purse or reusable grocery bag you may need to trim this a little or look at different designs. We’ll see how it goes ,my wife uses this scooter and I’m sure in time I’ll hear if it proves useful or useless.

Does NOT fit a Segway Ninebot G30 Max
So before I purchased the hanger hook, I asked the Seller if it fit on the Segway Ninebot G30 Max Scooter. The Seller replied that it would fit.I received the merchandise and when I tried to install it, the pre-drilled holes obviously do not match with the holes on the fork tube of the Scooter.Seller is from China and it just isn't worth trying to get a refund. It will cost me more time (and money) to try for a refund rather than just forget the idea.
