We’re coming into cold and flu season. My husband drives school bus and often gets sick this time of year and brings it home to me and the kids. The media could not be loaded. The gummies are soft, fresh and easy to chew. They smell and taste really good. I love the rich natural berry flavor. They gave me a boost of dopamine which relieved some pain. When deciding to try them, I did not realize they have sugar in them. The sugar did not affect my sleep but it did weaken my immune system and I think that is why they were less effective for me. I personally need more elderberry than usual.
