60 PCS Heat Shrink Butt Connectors/Waterproof Solder Wire Connectors Set by Smarchy - (35 PCS Heat Shrink Connectors & 25 PCS Solder Seal Wire Connectors)

I ordered this 60 pcs heat shrink wire connectors and received them within two days. They were packaged pretty well.I created a video so you guys can see what is included and how the connectors worked.As my video shows, there are a variety of sizes and styles for the wire connectors. I liked that it came in a little box that separated the different sizes and that the box had a sticker on it that showed what was inside.The clear colorful ones are the solder seal wire connectors and the solid colored ones are the butt connectors. I found that the solder sleeves were pretty easy to use; just slip on then heat and bam, done. The butt connectors however did take a little long to use. You do have to crimp the wires and then heat the ends of it. It also needed more heat than the solder sleeves. What I liked about the butt connectors is that I noticed there seemed to be what looked like glue after the heat shrink connector was done melting. This ensured me that the connector would hold on strong stress tests.Overall, I gave it 4 stars because the butt connectors needed a lot of heat just to get it to melt down so it took quite some time. I’m all for making life easy and getting the butt connectors to melt was not easy (at least not for me).

t’s a guaranteed on the 60 pieces of the heat shrink connectors, as I gave my 7-year-old something to count as she was bored. I did like the case that it came in, since it will keep them organized, instead of just coming in separate baggies which then make it difficult to find when you need them again. The only ones that are grouped together in the case are the solder seal wires ones, which have the different diameters that are inside of each other. Keep a lookout for that, because at first, I thought I was missing some pieces. The plastic is thick depending on the diameter, which help with the hold and integrity of the heat crimped. Overall great product to make the project easy.

Great variety pack including crimp and non-crimp connectors. Non crimp were super easy with low temp solder that melts at about the same temp required to shrink the sleeves. So far, so good in terms of being waterproof; currently in use on wiring fish finder, lights, and bilge pump on a small boat.

The crimp-on connectors are nice quality with the right sized metal crimp cylinders (not thin wall like so many others I've seen recently). Haven't used the solder sleeves yet, but see no issues with them. Nice little set to keep in the RV.

It was a little different then other ones I've used before, took a couple more tries to clamp them correctly.

Connectors seem to be very high quality and quantities are plentiful for what I paid. The heat shrink is a plus, eliminating the need for the addition of heat shrink tubing. Got it to refill my electrical connector kit.

Easy to use and they really come in handy. Can be shrunk with a lighter or heat gun after crimped. Extremely durable. I would bet the old wire would break before the connection.
