I have two Lynk kitchen organizers now, and this review is meant to serve as much as a review of them as Lynk as a company.First, the product, in this case the 17" x 18" Slide Out Drawers for Kitchen Cabinets. This is an extremely easy to use, high quality, high strength product. Mine has a Kitchen-Aid Artisan stand mixer, a Ninja Creami ice cream maker, a waffle maker, a hand mixer/attachements unit, and a couple of Ninja Creami ice cream containers (empty) on it, and it isn't even bothered by weight. I have no doubt that, if I had more room, it would take more weight. It was also very easy to install as Lynk very thoughtfuly includes not only clear and concise directions, but also a template to ensure correct initial placement prior to permanent installation.Next, Lynk, the company:This is, obviously, a company that cares. They don't care about whether they can manufacture a product that will break after just enough years that you'll just buy a new one every few years, or whether they include some stickers in the box to make you feel like you go a bonus. No, this is a company that cares about whether the product you just purchase is going to last for a long time. I don't get the feeling Lynk really cares if I need to buy this particular shelf, for this particular application, ever again. I think they care more that I'm so happy with this particular shelf, in this particular application, that the next time I need something like it, Lynk will be the very first name that pops into my head, and they have succeeded in that. This comes down to very small things, like the thought they have put into designing packaging that ensures the product reaches the user intact, even in today's modern mail stream. It's things like the fact (and I have confirmation from a different Lynk product that this is a consistent practice) that if installation requires 4 screws of type A, and 6 of type B, the packaging will include 5 of type A and 7 of type B. Templates are included so that it is almost impossible to install the product incorrectly. If you take the (short amount of) time to read the installation instructions prior to beginning, it won't even take 10 minutes to install.Just really, really impressed with both product and company. Reccomended.

The opening in our kitchen cabinet was 12X23" and we bought the 11X21" pullout and it fit perfectly. They include a 2" spacer for the front of the rack rail install, but you can temporarily put it together and move it forward slightly if desired. The installation was very straightforward. Since we had an adjustable shelf above the bottom of the cabinet, I removed it and installed the bottom pullout first. The only issue I had was that one of the holes to bolt the rack to the sliders was not threaded completely through, but I was able to force the bolt on through the hole and made my own threads. After that, the four bolts holding the rack were flush and all was good. I installed the second rack into the top removable shelf with it on the countertop instead of in the cabinet cavity. One issue remained; with the top rack full extended, it would tilt forward because the top shelf was just sitting on the adjustable pegs. I removed the rack and put in two small (1") angle brackets at the back of the cabinet to hold the shelf down. Worked perfectly. These shelves are sturdy, have ball bearings in the rollers and are not hard to install. Any complaints about installation are the buyer's fault!

Love this product. Have installed through-out my kitchen cabinets and has improved the functionality 100%. Easy to install with drill, pencil, and a screwdriver the only tools required. Has improved the cabinet's storage capacity 50% and able to get identify and get rid of the clutter no longer. Looks professional as well

My under the sink cabinet was a mess and couldn't see everything in it. I love these organizers, they are strong and slide out easily. Installation was easy. Would highly recommend.

Worked great for one of our bottom cabinets where we store large bowls. Now we can reach the bowls on the back. Well made and easy to install

This was very easy to install and met the need I had inside my cabinet.

Excellent quality and really like that the tray can be removed from the base (similar to cabinet draw slides).

Easy install, rolls smoothly and fits my needs perfectly. This short depth pull out works on non-standard top shelves. Now I can see what is lurking in the back of my top shelf. Would love to see wider pull outs in this same shorter depth.
