CAS SW-5 Food Service Scale, 5 x 0.002 lbs, Kg/g/Oz/Lb Switchable, Single Display, Legal for Trade

The customer service I received from Penn Scale Manufacturing was above and beyond. I ordered a 5lb scale when it arrived it needed calibration. I called they for help and they got the manufacture on the phone to help. When that did not solve the calibration issue they said they would send a new one out, 3 days later it was here. The way they took care of the issue made me feel as a customer that I was valued.

I've used these scales for years and needed to add another for an additional location. Easy to read display, easy to clean and accurate results.

Very awesome legal-for-trade scale here, at a price I have not been able to find better anywhere. Have been through state inspections, and passed with flying colors. Very high quality, works great, have had no errors.

This scale meets our needs perfectly. When the weights and measures inspector came to check the scale, it worked perfectly and continues to do so. A nice economical scale and good customer support.

Was not calibrated and showed error message, scale manufacture “CAS” was no help. CAS said it was the dealers fault for not calibrating and they did not encourage buying from Amazon. CAS said it would need to be sent to a dealer.DO NOT BUY THIS
