Good quality! With my meds, the list is long, there seemed to be an interaction and I got a headache from taking these (migraines are a big issue for me) but I'm keeping them on hand in case my meds chance and I'm able to take it.

Disappearing pains in the rear.
I was recommended taking this by a friend after I had shared about hemriodal issues.
