Chips but cute
I didn't use a base coat, but I used a top coat and it chipped within the first two days. It is a bad color to be chipped too, it looked really bad. But the color is accurate and cute. So I might try with a top coat.

Awful. Streaky. Thick. Doesn't dry shiny. Looks dull and gets marked up fast
The only thing I like about this nail polish is the color. It has dried now for a half hour and it still feels sticky and I'm in very dry weather in California. It didn't dry very shiny. Looks all beat up already and I have allowed a sufficient amount of time for it to dry. Moving on to find a better product.

Don’t bother with this. It’s too watery and take triple coating to look good. Time consuming. I am throwing it away.
