This pet feeder automatic works well. My husband and me really like it. it's easy to set up. Easy programmed. I use it to my cat, she loves this automatic cat feeder very much, the important thing is that she can hear my voice to eat. But one important thing about this product is when you find out the screen is not displayed, it is not broken. what you need to do is press the button at the bottom to continue setting. We highly recommend this product for your love ones.

This was a great feeder for dispensing size and for times but it is now showing an EEEE and the tray just spins around at the feeding time and stops randomly or doesnt stop at all then I get a EEEE error code. Ive tried powring it on and off, reprogramming, new batteries, nothing works. No info on how to fix this.. Ive had it about 6 months, used it about 20 times. Too much money for the hassle. Could somebody tell me what is wrong with it ??!!!! Seriously, how is this NOT on the internet for troubleshooting!!!??? Thumbs down x 5

Not entirely user friendly. Takes some time to learn the pattern of buttons to push. But my pup loves listening to me call her even when I’m not home. She cocks her head and won’t eat until I’ve finished ‘talking To her.’

I've had this feeder for a couple of years and just ordered another one for my other cat. It works perfect. Each compartment holds about 1/2 cup of dry food. My only complaint is that when I set the voice recording, it was super loud - totally freaking out my cat! There is no way to adjust the volume. Unfortunately, once I had done this, there isn't an option for having no recording at all. Therefore, I created another recording with just white noise. I definitely will refrain from using this feature with my new feeder.

I've never gotten it to work

Our second dog is a 3 month old puppy and a small breed who still needs a mid-day meal. I have piece of mind he will be fed at lunchtime while at work and if running late and not back home in time he has his 5 PM meal ready as well already programmed. Product was easy to program and use it even on weekends to keep him conditioned to my voice when those 2 meals are ready. Easy to clean with dish soap.

It worked great until it didn’t. Didn’t even last a year… Can I get a refund or a replacement?

I bought this to keep my fat, always hungry cat from waking me up throughout the night. It works perfectly and keeps her occupied instead of waking me up.
