SUNERGYPRO Solar Mobile Charger, External Battery 5000 mah, Water/ Shock Resistant.

I purchased this solar charger after doing much research on Amazon. It was a gift to my husband for his birthday, and I thought it would be a great idea for him to clip this charger onto his pack when he goes elk hunting in November, so that they can charge up their cell phones if there's an emergency. He was thrilled with the idea, and has been using it often. He says it works great and the battery stays charged for a good amount of time on the charger. The rate of charge isn't quite as fast as a wall charger, but is definitely sufficient in a pinch! The quality is excellent and it looks to be very waterproof and shockproof. The carabiner clip is handy to clip to your backpack, and the size isn't too bulky or heavy.

I agreed to write this review for discounted price on snagshout.com. this product is easy to use, I put it under sun light from 4 to 7 hours depending on the sun light. I simply just put it under sun light to charge and when I'm ready to power my device I press power. I like this charger it takes a little while to charge but I'm fine with that because I know I'm saving energy.

it doesn'tcharge hardly at all by solar power. I have to plug it into the wall to get any charge. I left it in direct sunlight three days in a row and it didnt evencharge a full bar.

The delivery was great! I got my order the next day! I put it to charge the first day and it reached a full charge but after I needed to charge it again and tried charging it w the sun all day from my kitchen window and the next day...it would only stay at 1 full bar. So returned it. Got a full refund for it!

The SUNERGYPRO from Cloud 9 is the solar charger that I've been looking for since the beginning. I've gotten solar chargers in the past and they have turned out to be useful for just a couple of weeks. But the SUNERGYPRO has a life cycle of more than a 1,000 charges and has a reliable 5,000mAh Li-polymer battery. Also been waterproof, dust resistant and eco-friendly.It's able to charge 2 device simultaneously without a problem. There are no issues when it comes to charging different devices, it can charge iPhones, iPads, and even Androids. Perfect to have when going fishing, to the beach or hiking. The SUNERGYPRO from Cloud 9 is the solar charger that everyone should buy!

Overall, I'm disappointed with this product... The 1st one I purchased I charged to full using the supplied USB cable. It charged quickly. I then used it to recharge my almost dead (18%) Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to 100% & my half dead Galaxy Tab 3 to almost full (93%) before it ran out of juice. Not bad. The next day I attempted to charge it using the solar panel. I placed the charger outside at 10AM in full sun (zero clouds) and throughout the day adjusted it's position so that it had constant, direct sun. It was outside until 6PM & only charged to 20% (1 bar). Disappointed, I processed a return through Amazon & waited for my 2nd unit. I followed the exact same protocol as with the 1st charger. This time, on a full charge, it only charged my Note 4 with 30% battery back to 96% before running out of juice. I charged the charger all day the following day & gave it a 2nd shot on my Note 4. Same disappointing results. Only added about 70% to my battery & died before giving it a full charge. Next I wanted to see if this one charged any better than the 1st with it's solar panel. Fortunately, it did. I placed it in the exact same location as the previous & it was charged to 100% in less than 5 hours from completely dead. So, the 1st had a decent ability to charge 2 devices with large batteries quite well, but failed miserably on the solar side. The 2nd failed terribly at charging even 1 device, but excelled in the solar recharge area. I don't have the energy or desire to try a 3rd item. If 2 of 2 have problems, I'm not sure it's worth trying a 3rd. I will likely return this one for a refund...I received this item at a discounted rate in order to evaluate it & provide my honest review & feedback. This in no way impacted my ability to give this product a fair/balanced review.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I have been looking for one of these for a while now. My husband as been dying to get one. I was so excited that I could receive it at a discount. I did read the other bad reviews on it not working but I figured what the heck. Even at the discount I received it still is not worth the price I paid. It will not charge at all. We left it out in direct sun, moving it every now and then to keep it in direct sun light. It would not charge at all. We even tried it under a lamp like one review said. Still nothing. It was a complete waste of money. I will not be recommending this to anyone I know to purchase.

Got this to review.This is a def. great addition to our camping/emergency prep stash. It's always great to have the ability to charge my phone on the go.
