Initially I liked this camera but the software is really bad. Not that it doesn't do what is needed but that some of the major functions like presets are all in Chinese. Web app comes by default in Chinese as well. Picking the interpreter you have to select Traditional Chinese not just Chinese. Even then it didn't translate every function leaving you wondering which button to push and what it does. I worked with their tech support for a week to try to get presets configured. They were less than helpful with very brief answers that might have been clear to someone with knowldege of their system but useless to me. The initially sent me a video to show how to set presets that was less than 5 seconds long, no dialog, and no indication on what application they were using. I finally got one preset configured before the IR lights failed after a brief rain. A reset of the camera got them working till the next rain when they failed again. I wound up sending the unit back. The image quality was not too bad but the color had large pixelization where the colors were off noticeably. Night vision was fair but blurred. The apps would lock up the camera occasionally and the only fix was to reboot the system, This set the date back to the date of the firmware but if you configured the time server update correctly and with short enough intervals for time updates it would reset to correct time at the next scheduled time update.As I said I am returning the camera and will select another brand for the next one. I really don't like to give negative reviews but this camera was a huge disappointment and the support was a 24 hour turn around for any help request and only on weekdays. Didn't matter because the support the offered didn't help anyway.

This camera is one of the worst I've seen. Every time I turn around I find the camera disconnected. I power cycle the camera and it may or may not come back online. After multiple tries I get it on for a while but absolutely no good for a security camera or just a camera for looking in on. Run from this purchase.

Terrible manual, bad software, not compatible with ONVIF NVR. Overheated when switched to infrared.Typical Chinese junk. Went right back to Amazon.

The Website was Down when I received the cameras ( 5 days down ) The installation Manual WAS no HELP . The QR code was NOT Working The Cameras have No security Feature when mounting to wall just a small Philips head Screw. I Would NOT Recommend This Product !

Not wide view like I was hoping . An ok camera, PTZ is all screwy.horrible , very laggy , even when connected to Ethernet High Speed , went and bought a different camera for half the price

Picture & video quality great, panning OK... setup kinda awkward... and that Danale app was terrible trying to set up... otherwise, good quality camera that's weather proof.
