I had this sitting in my bathroom for a while. When I finally tried WOw what a great product. Curb my appetite. Got rid of bloating within a week. I will be reordering.

Don't waste your money! After dropping 51lbs I wanted to use this to help me drop the last 10. Instead I gained weight on this. I much prefer the Thrine from Almeda Labs.

Stomach cramps
I took just one when I first bought them. The directions call for 1-2 a day three times a day.OMG my stomach hurt really bad It did work in that I had to go to the bathroom a lot and I think it cleared me out for at least two or three days. Not sure if I would recommend it
