The problem with the 4 pack.....
.... is I don't know what the actual temperature and humidity is, because they all show a different value for both. I wanted a few fairly inexpensive thermometer and humidity gauges to monitor those values in various parts of the house, so I could adjust the a/c vents, if necessary. I put them all side by side and gave them time to adjust to the location when I first got them, but they all had a different set of values, so I am back where I started.

Better than I thought
These were cheap so I thought I'd give them a shot. I wasn't expecting much from them but they are actually pretty spot on and are tiny so they are easy to hide. I used these in my reptile terrariums and the only big down side is that they are not water tight. I am skeptical about my animals safety if these were to be constantly exposed to moisture. I don't want battery acid to leak into my enclosures. My solution was to keep them on top of the tank lids and so far they work just fine. It would be nice if the screen was easier to read when not looking dead on at them, but hey, they were cheap and seem to be working well. Overall as long as these continue to function well, I'll probably order another 4 pack to keep on hand.Update: I’ve kept one inside a high humidity terrarium (70-85%) for the past 3 weeks and it’s working well. Very sensitive and makes correct adjustments when the top is open vs closed. I’m impressed with these.

great value; relatively consistent readings
One cool thing about receiving 4 identical hygrometer/thermometers is being able to view immediately whether their sensors interpret and report data from identical conditions identically. In the present case, their temperature and humidity readings tend to differ by low single digits: three gauges sitting for days on the same shelf currently report humidity at 54%, 53%, and 54%, and temperatures at 73.9, 73.7, and 74.8 degrees. This is sufficiently consistent for most applications that I have in mind. As with most such gauges, these require a few minutes to adjust to report data from adjusted or new conditions.

Nice humidity sensors, but not accurate
I got the 4 pack and they are great for the price, but not accurate. I put all 4 of them in my basement where I was interested in measuring humidity. The humidity at the time was around 60% as measured by the dehumidifier. The gauges were all on the coffee table next to each other with about 1" spacing between them. One of them had a reading down to 52% and the highest had a reading of 65%. The other two were at 58% and 62%. So, a pretty wide range. It's hard to tell what the actual humidity was, but I'm guessing it was around 60%, however none of the gauges actually showed the same number. I'd be fine if they all had the same number within +/-2%, but the range was pretty large.I think they are a good buy if you need to get an idea of the humidity changing, but the absolute value isn't that correct.

4.5 stars: Good deal for price if you don't need high accuracy
For the price it's pretty decent. The temperature on 2 of these was the same as my house thermostat; the other 2 were 2 degrees off.Idk how reliable the humidistat is as I didn't calibrate it and don't have anything to compare it against, other than experience on how it "feels about right".REMEMBER, ANY/ALL humidistats technically should be calibrated after being shipped somewhere (ie salt test in a ziploc bag). But these are accurate enough for me against each other. I just wanted to be able to see if any room was significantly worse in temp/humidity than another.

Cheap Junk
Only 1 was accurate. 1 was dead. The other 2 were very inaccurate. Will be returning.

Good, cheap thermometers
I was trying to figure out temperature differences in various parts of my house, and didn't want to spend a pile of money to figure it out. These were the cheapest way to get 4 thermometers (only about $5) I could find.As others have noted, these were intended to be mounted in humidors so the sensors are on the back and the humidity is far larger on the display than the temperature. These aren't deal-breakers for me, and they have done exactly what I hoped they would. I can't judge accuracy with any degree of precision, but they all come pretty close to each other and definitely worth the small amount of money they cost.

Well Worth It
A great little set of temperature and humidity gauges. Well worth the price. Perfect size for a desk or shelf, anywhere really; all four have proven over the weeks to be extremely accurate. Very easy to read as well. I've kept all four inside so can't speak to how weatherproof they are but I would definitely buy again. 5 stars!
