Made well for the price. I ordered 1 size larger than his jeans size and that was a good call. It’s quite heavy so keep that in mind if you plan to wear in the summer but heavy is good because if you wear in the traditional Scottish fashion it keeps “things” laying down. Each pleat is sewn on the leading edge so it washed very well. I just put on delicate and laid flat to dry, pressing each pleat flat. Came out great

The black denim fabric is a perfect weight. The brass snaps and belts are very good. Company was incredibly prompt with delivery. Initially ordered wrong size, refund was issued quickly and the re-order came a few days later. Will absolutely order again from Majestic! I ordered the measurement I would need and it fit smaller upon arrival, okay, that's on me...I knew I'd likely need to return for the next size up. Well after washing once, it's a liiiiittle snug. My suggestion is 4 inches above pant size, or 2 to 4 inches above measurement for where you want to wear it. To allow for shrinkage. Overall it's decent quality, but you get what you pay for.

I saw this kilt and wanted it. I ordered one and it was too big, it was my first time measuring for a kilt and I am female, so had to do a return and reorder it. Got the right size and it is now one of my favorite things to wear. It is very thick jean material, and so far have had no issues with it.

My first kilt. Outstanding product. Followed the sizing instructions and it fit perfectly. After reading a lot of kilt reviews I can see why someone with poor posture might need a size up on one of these. Will say that it washed perfectly, but Pressing/Ironing was a challenge. Advice: Better to send to the cleaners to be pressed.

Would give 5 stars but I have not wore it fof more than a few mins live it so far.

It's a great fit and comfortable to wear. However after one wash seems fell apart and graumets came off. Too bad.

Le matériel est epais et semble extra durable! La taille est plus que parfaite, presque sur mesure, tres heureuse de mon achat! Je l'ai juste fait raccourcir un peu etant donné que je mesure 5'2" et que le kilt est fait pour un homme mais wow!

1. Read the description and measure do not go by your Jean waiat size2. Strong feeling material good stitching looks like it will work well for semi formal events and working3. Only con would be push button on the side where it clips on around your waist I would of like to see a strap and something a little more strong there

Good quality and looks good. It did shrink in dryer. Be aware of that. It was ok as it was a bit big initially.

Fits perfect, great quality and fair price.
