Great idea but wish it was designed a little better.
So I love the idea of the sleeves and they do work for us with a little modification. The sleeves seem to be for very broad shoulders. really broad shoulders and I don't know of any baby that they might fit. I know the idea is to go over clothes but in the middle of the summer she is in shortsleeves or tank tops and they are so broad they don't stay on her shoulders. They pretty much rest on her elbows. So the only way I can keep them on her is to put them under her shirts which is fine and works.I did end up getting a different brand as well to see if they work better ( scratch me not). They are definitely better designed for the shoulders. I did go with one size up when I got the 'scratch me not' because the 'scratch sleeves' I got first I probably should have went with the next size up. Anyways they are 2 different sizes but even with the scratch sleeves being smaller they are still way broader. Now for what I don't like about the scratch me not. They have a lot more fabric around the hands that make them heavier, almost too heavy for my little one and they make it harder for her to grab things than with the others. I do like the idea of being able to flip the sleeves over so her hands our free but I don't think it's worth the extra thickness. It also makes them way hotter for her in the summer time. Too hot for us. But I do like the way they fit way better. So with that said, for summer I will be sticking with the scratch sleeves and putting them under her shirt to stay on. Winter I will probably do the others or maybe modify the scratch me not by cutting off the fabric that flips over and see it shut so it's not so heavy. The pink ones in the pics is the scratch sleeves and the blue are scratch me not. You can see the difference in broadness between the 2.

Love!
I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. Yes, they run a little big but I bought 3 pairs similar to these from Scratch Me Not. They were great until they fell apart over daily use/wash. Long story short, that company failed me and bought these instead. I LOVE them. They are made of nice material. Overall, very happy with this purchase and my two year old needed them! Definitely recommend for babies and toddlers with bad eczema.

Our little nail biter
We are actually using these to try to prevent our 3 year old from biting her nails at night. They are a great quality. The sleeves are soft and the hand covers are nice. However, she did manage to knaw through the hand covers on her first pair. But to be fair, they're not made to be chewed on. My only real complaint is that they do stretch out quite a bit. I think that is avoidable with this type of material. In clothing she wears a 3T and in the sleeves, she wears 18-24 months, so they do run a touch large.

Get the “ScratchMeNot” brand instead...
ScratchMeNot is way better than this brand. For this brand, you can’t flip the mitten and the mitten part squishes our baby’s hand to a fist position to where she’s not able to stretch her fingers. The back part and arms to the sleeves are too wide to where it’s falling off of our baby’s shoulders. The sizing is off for this brand as well.Trust me, any ScratchMeNot brand sleeves will do the trick if your baby has eczema or just scratches too much. The sizing is right and I love the material. The only thing is it can get hot if it’s sunmertime but I love it.

Effective and well-made
I ordered these for my 2 year old daughter to keep her from twisting and pulling out her hair at night. The item is well-made of soft cotton and the mittens are silk. I was worried she would feel restricted and hate wearing them but she actually loves them and doesn't want to take them off. She likes the silky texture and rubs her hands on her face to feel it. Other reviewers said these run large and I agree. She is a very tall-for-age child, average weight, and I ordered size 21-24 months and they are slightly large.

Incredible
These seriously saved my sanity. We tried everything over our daughter's hands and she would still manage to get them off and wake up wth her head and gave covered in scratches. She has severe eczema and found scratching herself to be soothing. Some people complain about them being too baggy and falling off, but to solve that problem we placed a halo sleep sack on her over them so they can't come off. Will definitely be ordering more!

Happy with product as it kept my baby girl from ...
Happy with product as it kept my baby girl from scratching her head and ears off! Fit was okay. She has trouble getting out of it when it is over sleeves or in a sleep sack. If she's wearing something sleeveless underneath she can get out. My major complaint is the silk is a cheap China silk that after 2 months of use is in shredded tatters. That being said she still doesn't have bloody scratches all over her face so I'm calling it a success. I might try the other brand next although I like that this one is thinner and she can grab things pretty well in it.eTA: other brand has nicer silk charmeuse so expect to wear better. Will probably use those in winter and these for summer.

Great Idea but needs improvement
Ordered 2 different brands received this one first. Liked the concept but this brand news an improvement. My daughter has eczema and loves to scratch her knees, arms, neck, chest and we could never get her skin to heal so that's why I loved this concept, she could still move her arms and use them a little bit. I didn't like that the hands stayed enclosed, the other brand I got - you can peel back and expose the hands for her to use. Also this stretched out quickly - like within a week and now its super loose, the other brand was thicker material and is holding it shape pretty good. All before washing.
