Very enjoyable reading.
Pro wrestling is only half of this incredible story. The bounty hunting chapters are no less interesting. I find this biography to be a fantastic read about an American who has beaten the odds of career blacklisting and came out on top. Not a typical wrestling book or a biography. The books layout keeps things in perspective in a way that I haven't seen before. This book would make a great movie but who could possibly play David Schults?Long live Dr. D!

Very Easy Read
I read about 150 pages the day I got the book. It's a very easy read. Dr D. was my favorite wrestler. Didn't learn until about 10 years after he disappeared from WWF did I know it was because of "The Slap". He played the role of a bully real good. Very believable. You won't be disappointed with this. It's not a filtered WWE book.

David Schultz is back and he delivers!
Incredible read! DR.D is one of the best heels in the 80's. Now he's delivered one of the best biographies. If you were a fan of 70's and 80's wrestling then this book won't dissapoint. A great storyteller and hard to put down. Almost finished it in one day....David Schultz is finally back and we are happy to have him again. There are a few wrestling books that i have read that are real page turners. If i had to rate them, this book it would be right up there. It only suffers at the final chapters when he goes into his bounty hunting days. Lets face it, if you want him to talk about his long wrestling career then you'll know it was short lived ever since the slap heard around the world. Sure he had some matches after that...but life wasn't the same ever since he left WWF. This book then ventures into life after that. And if your not interested in the man himself after that whole dabacle, then what you doing reading this book? Great read nonetheless. Still think that Tony Atlas - Too Much Too Soon book is the best wrestling book hands down...then comes the Bret Hart book and then Dr D.

Legit
Excellent book. Well written and great detail. Not just for wrestling fans either. Great wrestling talk but the bounty hunting section was tremendous. Highly informative as well as entertaining.

Awesome read
This is a real good book about one of my favourite wrestlers of all time. The only thing is could be more detail and stories about his wrestling days. It covers more of his after wrestling life.

The Doctor
I really enjoyed David's book. I use to watch the live shows on Saturday nights in Edmonton. David Schultz was a tough competitor and very entertaining on the microphone with Ed Whalen.

Overall, I'm happy with the book and the service.
When I started reading, one of the middle pages fell out. This is quite common with Trade soft cover books. Of course its a feel good book and I'm enjoying the read.Thank you
