LupinePet Eco 1" Berry 6-foot Padded Handle Leash for Medium and Larger Dogs

I've only used it a couple of times but the handle is really comfortable and I have a 60 lb puller. I had been using a cycle dog leash made of recycled bike tires. Loved it but if it gets wet (rain, swimming, etc.) you end up with black all over your hands and clothes. I'm hoping this is a better alternative. I also like how it has the metal ring attaching the handle to the leash so I can clip my hose key to this spot. The color is also beautiful (I got the raspberry color).Update about 1.5 years later...I love this leash. It’s super comfortable, the handle is great, I like the clip that attaches to the collar, and I love that I can attach my house key to the little metal ring between the handle on the leash. Now I never lock myself out anymore. But the best part is how lupine Pet stands behind their products. One of my foster dogs just chewed the leash almost in half at three spots. I went to their website and follow the instructions and had a no charge replacement leash in about one week. I have to say I was so happy with the leash I would’ve happily bought another one. So the least I can do is update my recommendation.

Fantastic! I strongly recommend it. It's very durable and strong (I have a 65lb tank of a dog who has been known to carry her leash in her mouth). The color is beautiful and the handle is comfortable. The latch is strong and solid and easy to open and close (but holds fast!) and it has stood up well in the washing machine. I would definitely buy this leash again!

This is a sturdy leash ans I've been using it daily for a few years now. The handle is really comfortable and the color and weave look nice. The easy clip and handle are the best features of this leash.

Was looking for a non-retracable leash to get better control over my pup, but still give me enough lead (6ft) As well as having a padded handle for comfort. This leash is all of that and more. The quality is good, and it looks nice! Love how there was a variety of color options. I bought the matching collar, and my pup looks like a stud when we go on our walks.

Nice quality product, the pattern is nice, though the color is slightly more purple than red. We didn't use it long because my dog chewed almost all the way through the harness (he did that with the kong harness too, so he's just a strong chewer) so it didn't last more than a day. It sat well on his body and fit him well.

This is almost as good as a leash I fantasize about. I wanted a smaller clasp that would not beat against the dog. This is the smallest strong clasp I have found. I did not expect such a great handle. Is is perfectly cushioned and strong. It forms perfectly around the hand. It is also easy and comfortable to wrap some leash around the hand when shorter is needed. Luna is 56 pounds of muscle and I use a harness that comfortably discourages pulling. But that puts any large clasp against the shoulder. The smaller but solid clasp avoids this problem. (My fantasy leash would hold a flashlight and doggy bags.)

These are seriously the best leashes! High quality! They come in so many beautiful colors! I love the gaurentee policy this company has too. It is perfect for new puppy's who love to tear things up.

Wonderful leash! I have always been a fan of lupine products due to their durability but they can be stiff. This leash tops them all! Not only is it soft and and more pliable, it is also eco friendly! Love!

So far so good ... It seems to be a sturdy harness, adjustable and comfortable for my dog to wear it. The fact that is made in New Hampshire and from recycled fiber is a huge plus as far as I am concerned. I am a big fan of locally made items and encouraging local business. My puppy is a Labrador/Bull Terrier mix, 60lbs and 30in girth size. It would be in Medium size dogs category, but I ordered a Large size harness. When I placed the order I didn't know how much was he going to grow... Since it is adjustable, that's not an issue.We will see how sturdy it is after some time of using it... But for now, all is good.

Lovey lead, and I love the lifetime warranty, even if chewed. The lead was very long, but can easily be sorted if you're handy on the sewing machine, or even if the manufacturer added in a traffic handle

Excellent for the price. It's lasting well and the materials are fine. Handle is decent and comfortable. The clasp feels well made, I trust this leash to keep my dog on the end of it.
