It's hard to say no to these for the price. The replacement headband was fairly easy to install. It did take a little bit of work to get the rubber to sit flat where it connects on both sides, but that's purely cosmetic.Sadly, the headband snapped on the left side after only 5 months of use. I noticed the sound quality & noise cancellation on the left side of my headphones wasn't as good as the right, and upon further inspection I found that the headband had snapped right at the joint on the left side (exactly where the original part broke).

As time went on, folding the headphones caused one of the headband clips to break. There goes the resistance of the band. I tried the OG way with hot glue and electric tape. It lasted 2 weeks and that was it. Was considering buying whole new set of beats, until I checked my account! This forced me to do research and I found out the problem was a simple headband replacement. Thankfully I did because it looks and works as if it was brand new. Ten out of ten recommend!

This is so cool. My son Studio 3 band broke and we were afraid that we would have to throw away the headphones. Fortunately I did some research in Amazon and found this product.First, it came next day! And then the instructions in the Amazon lusting are so clear that I did not have to watch a video.My son is now back enjoying his music with his favorite headphones.

Man, am I stoked I ran across this. Saved me from having to spend another 350 bucks on new headphones. Doesn't come with instructions but took me about 5 minutes to switch out the parts. Color matches really well. You couldn't tell it was a third party part.

Screws were stuck in broken piece on band very hard to get out too provided wouldn't work.just stepped them.had to resort to a tiny Phillips head then.they came out followed YouTube video step by step luckily my son and I completed the repair as the screws are tiny hard to hold and the shipped replacement screws were to fat much shorter than original ones. last year replaced ear pads this year the headband studiobeats 3 are 3 years old will repair as much as possible 300$ it's worth it

So disappointed. With a YouTube video it’s pretty simple to replace your broken headband if your band is the right size. This band is 1cm too short compared to the original. Unable to screw band into original parts. Also the screw driver that came with it had a broken handle. Typos on the box—knock off item?

Easy, fixed it, like new, no problems, switched ear muffs also. Like new, intact, my son is so happy! Glue and tape never hold. Plenty of videos explaining how to do it on YouTube, but simple once done. Rubber tabs just slide in, 4 screws after you fold headphones and your done. Not overwhelming!

I dropped my headphones in the gym and they fell apart. I tried to put it back together to no avail. I then taped them back together best I could but it wasn't the same and sucked. Then I ordered this. Direct replacement and fit and I did it myself. I'm horrible at putting stuff together and taking apart but even I could do this. I have my headphones back and Im happy to say it's durable and authentic looking. Check youtube if u have trouble with the installation.
