Surprisingly good...
Its not mainstream entertainment for the family. It comes across as a raw, almost documentary like film where we follow a number of characters around and experience the drama on the streets of LA. It took me a little while to get into it, but it got better and overall was surprisingly good. Interesting, colourful characters and amusing story in places. Worth a watch if you don't mind something a bit different...

Gives you a warm glow
Very unusual film centering on a prostitute who finds out that her boyfriend was unfaithful while she was completing a short jail stint. We thus follow her through a myriad of seedy L.A. neighbourhoods as she searches for her love rival, laundrettes, taxi ranks and donut shops forming the backdrop. But nothing and nowhere on this journey feels drab or downmarket due to the uber-saturated colour palette/use of filters to give a sunshine hue to absolutely everything. The fast pace and several laugh out loud moments keep this movie rolling along, and although it’s all slightly naive and amateur in feel, this just adds to the appeal IMO Oh and it’s also Christmas Eve! What more could you want?!

Amazing acting and screenwriting
This film was funny and moving, and I was genuinely interested in the characters and what was going to happen to them. It is a very impressive feat that the film only cost 100,000 dollars to make! It features some excellent acting by the two main characters, played by Mya Taylor and Kitana Kiki Rodriguez, and I look forward to seeing them both act in future productions. At first the camera quality was slightly distracting however I soon stopped noticing this after I became caught up in the characters lives. Overall, this was an exciting look into the lives of two transgender prostitutes in LA laced with undertones of solidarity and friendship.

I liked it.
Probably not for everyone. Shows some of the difficulties being transgender and poor in America.Really upset me at points and i was in tears but real people live like this and after watching i feel very privileged to have what i do.

True Indie Cinema And Full Of Heart.
Despite the shoestring budget (and occasionally variable acting: though many performances are great) the love in this film shines through. I really liked it.

Qwirky and very funny low budget comedy.
It was really refreshing to stumble on a great, low budget, comedy - the kind of simple, but honest and genuinely funny flick that used to get made in the US in the 90s.... the acting is of variable quaslity.. from brilliant to less so, but it never really matters.... the two leads are great - especially Katana Kiki Rodriguez, who i really hope to see in future movies... a real break from the mainstream and very entertaining.
