I'm a big fan of Russell.After being over looked because of his height, he became a starting quarter back on his rookie season and went on to win Super Bowl on the second year. There must be a tremendous story of perseverance, sacrifices, sweats, tears, and ultimate rewards he earned at the end. I was expecting an excitement, disappointments, and emotional roller coaster of his life in this book, but I didn't find any. Well, this book was written before Seahawks' Super Bowl win, but it still fails to connect to the emotional aspect of his life as he becomes a star of Seattle Seahawks.I was expecting a in-depth story about Russell Wilson's success, but this book seems to be just listing his life events in a chronological order as if a college student wrote a report about Russell Wilson's life for his sports history class.It's an easy, short read, and you will get to know Russell a little better by the time you are done reading. However, if you are expecting to get inspired and motivated, you have to wait till someone else re-writes the whole book about him.

I enjoyed the story of Russell Wilson very much. He is the most amazing man/athlete I've ever had the pleasure of watching. Your story tells some personal information about him that make him more amazing.His smile will melt anyone. Go Hawks!

It was an excellent read. He is even a better athlete than I knew he was, and a really fine person. Because of him, the Sea Hawks are one of my fav teams!

The book isnt very good, its more like an article from wikipedia. Not even a good one.You didn't learn anything about Russel you couldn't get with a few klicks in the Internet.Additionally you read it within 10 minutes, cause the half of the 64 sites have nearly more gaps then letters...
