Fantastic build quality, looks nice, but locking mechanism could be better.
So on one hand, the build quality is amazing. On the other hand, the locking mechanism could possibly use some work. It doesn't always release cleanly on the one camera I use it with. That might be due to the camera shutter mechanism, or it could be due to the release, but I've had cheap cable release that didn't hang halfway when releasing the lock, so... Eh.
