I bought a NUC for someone in my family who is particularly hard on electronics and he managed to break every single USB port on it in a couple months. Thankfully Intel has a couple USB headers on the motherboard and these USB connectors fit it and work percectly! He still breaks these USB ports every few months but I just plug in a new one and everything is great.
