We believe all of our guests regardless of weekly rental price, deserve high quality linens to sleep on during their vacation. I went through many purchases and returns of sheets (it's nearly impossible to determine which are good with all the varying reviews). However I got lucky and these sheets are it!!First of, they are genuinely soft. And I'm obsessed with soft. So not soft kind-of, but legitimately soft and sateen feeling. The color is rich and vibrant. And the sheets have a nice thick, hotel feeling (but not super thick, I'd say medium thick). I live in SoCal so if they were to thick I'd probably sweat to death.The pockets are very deep and it engulfs my 13" memory foam mattress. It stays cool, keeps warm and feels like heaven. From somebody who searched high and low for soft, hotel like sheets I can say these are it.

I bought 2 of these when I first got my new matress and they have been excellent so far. I have had one fitted sheet rip on me... but that was not any fault of the sheets themselves. My dog (50 lbs) likes to do zoomies around the house and catch toys mid air. We were playing one day and he went to chase a toy I threw. The catch he had was excellent (10/10 good boy) and he slid across the sheets to stop before falling off the bed, unfortunately it was the same day I trimmed his nails so they had a sharp edge that cut through the fitted sheet that he used as a landing/braking pad.The sheets however are excellent. I recently bought 2 more. Just make sure to wash them when you receive them as they can be a little smelly from the production facility. Other than that I will continue to buy this product as it has been great.

Sheets out of packaging had an unpleasant smell. Once through the wash, and they were nice and fresh. They don't wash up wrinkle free but are fine as far as being smooth, at least for me. Color did not seem to fade during 1st wash - these are navy - so it is too early to tell if this will be an issue. A fair amount of navy lint on dryer screen after 1st drying. These sheets aren't heavy but they are not lightweight either. Comfy sleeping. Fitted sheet fits our 14"+ deep mattress fine and without excess sheet folds. If mattress were 16" deep, I don't think the sheets would fit. Top sheet seems a little short or sides compared to other sheet sets I have, but it is fine. I am happy with this purchase and navy sheets are hard to find, so I am especially pleased with these.

We purchased these sheets for my daughter who moved into her dorm at West Virginia University just yesterday. She wanted quality sheets like we use at home while she was away. These did the trick! She texted and said the sheets were soft and luxurious and made her feel right at home in her new world!Extra long Twin in quality sheets are impossible to find! EXCEPT for by Mayfair! The sheets fit with extra room over her 6" mattress foam and the schools mattress with lots of room left over.Will buy these next time I need sheets for other beds.

We haven't been particularly fussy about the quality of our sheets in the past, but we decided to splurge on these and -- WOW! This feel like sheets at an upscale resort. We LOVE them so much, that we bought a second set. So far they have held up...no pilling or fraying. (We purchased the first set from the same seller - who has been terrific, by the way! -- a few months ago, so we have had time to test the quality.) We are using these on a California King waterbed, and the deep pockets on the bottom sheet stay on perfectly. We are even sleeping better on these sheets. Who would have thought it?! I'm spoiled now, and will not go back to less quality than these. Thank you!

If you are like me, you are shopping for value. Bed linens are nearly hopeless in this respect. The 5 star rating system is virtually meaningless. The descriptions are equally useless. Expensive doesn't equate to quality. There aren't many aspects of sheet construction or properties by which to rank quality. The best that can be achieved is empirical trial and error. I've purchased 540 thread count supima cotton sheets from Costco. I've purchased 600 thread count Royal Hotel Egyptian cotton sheets, 800 thread count sheets Mayfair and Chateau. To be clear all of these sheets were good. It was difficult to discern the difference between Costco sheets, Mayfair sheets and Royal Hotel sheets. If anything the Costco sheets have a smoother softer feel. However they had also been washed more. I didn't expect that I would not be able discern a real difference between 600 thread count and 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets with Sateen weave. The Chateau sheets definitely lived up to advertising. They are hearty sheets that are smooth and soft. The pillowcases are large enough to fit an extra large pillow if desired. I paid a little more money for these sheets but if you are already paying $60 plus dollars for quality sheets, another $15-20 isn't worth the hand wringing.

My wife was initially looking at the Westin Heavenly bed collection, which was super expensive. After considerable research, with an eye toward substantial cost savings, we decided to give this linen bed set a try. We are accustomed to fine linens and Mayfair did not disappoint. Just slept on them last night. We both had a wonderful night sleep. I purchased another set this morning--a huge cost savings compared to other truly fine linens.

I highly doubt this is Egyptian cotton. No where on original packaging does it say Egyptian cotton. Says 100 percent cotton and that’s it. Two places it says look like they were added after. One cheap sticker on front and a tag inside that’s been slipped in after the fact, only placard on back that says it’s Egyptian cotton has been colour copied and it’s not even a match to the front for colour. Probably decent cotton sheets but I’ve almost positive I’ve been ripped off. Stay away.

I love the color and the softness of the sheets, but i find that they slip off the bed fairly easily, I think that the elastic on the fitted sheets should be tighter so that you are not constantly pulling them back into place.

I am generally a pretty patient person and very amicable when it comes to sheets. First of all I am obsessed with sheets as of late and have bought several sets to try out. Out of the 4-5 sets, these by far are the worst. I was gearing for sheets for summer and sheets for winter. The winter ones would be of a higher thread coat for softness, and a bit of warmth, and the summer ones percale. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to leave them in the package as my husband already opened the package and washed them. These feel very polyester and scratchy. I can deal with a bit of scratchy as they usually soften up with frequent washings, but these are still scratchy. There are no way these are 100% cotton. Maybe 5%? I have bought sets $50 cheaper then these that were very lovely. So hopefully somehow I can get some form of a refund. So buyer beware! Don't fall into the trap!

I don’t know why all these reviews say the sheets are soft, as I’ve had much softer sheets in the past. After reading the reviews, I had hight expectations, so I am disapointed with this product.

I had already purchased a set of these sheets, and when I slept on them, decided to buy two more as they are so soft! PLUS they arrived on time! Would definitely recommend these!!
