I was reluctant to purchase this case, but I kept going back & forth between the various cases, and picked this one. It is a bit bulky, than what some maybe use too. However on my iPhone XR, I am completely fine with this case. I am always on my phone for work, so I need a case that complete covers my phone, this works for me. As far as the touchscreen sensitivity, it is pretty good. I do not have to keep hitting letters, words, or numbers. I love that. The volume & power button is not hard to press, AT ALL, which I love. I can still charge my phone, without it being an issue, it is easily accessible, besides having to hold the piece that keeps the charger, from getting dust in it, when not in use, which I thought was annoying at first, but I LOVE the fact that it blocks dust. I use the string that came with it, when I have groceries that I need to get in & out of my vehicle, and other things like that. It is a really good case, especially for the price.

I did a test with a couple squares of toilet paper in the case … totally watertight. The touchscreen works very, very well — better than the life proof case I replaced. I can hear callers clearly, with no sound muffling. I just wish the back of the case was not clear … I wanted the turquoise color all over the case. I ordered a different one that was all turquoise, but I couldn’t hear anybody who called me, so I’m sending it back. This one works great! Just be sure to REALLY press hard along the edges to fully and completely seal the case.

I dropped this in the bottom of a lake and it did not let any water in good quality product and cheap

Though screen and back shield seems a little flimsy, I thought there was some kind of screw that held it together or didn’t understand what directions were talking about. I like the aspect of water, snow, shock resistant as I’m brutal with my phones. As for price, If you’re gonna spend $700+ on a cell phone, spending a little something to protect it shouldn’t escape you.After having this over a week and already dropping phone a few times, this case works well and fulfills it’s purpose. Rather streamlined and not as bulky as other phone protective cases. The bottom to turn off ringer is manageable, though better suited for small fingers. Though large fingers may be able to turn it easier. When inserting phone, you have to make sure that button is lined up with the ring on-off bar. I didn’t do the water proof test. I don’t plan on showering with it.

Great cheap waterproof case! Passed the waterproof test, sleek design, smooth button operation, with good sound quality. Not sure why anyone would pay more for Otter or Lifeproof....they are much more bulky and over/priced. Sound quality is great and works flawlessly using speaker phone. I’m considering buying another one to use after a few years with this one. Great case for real...buy you won’t regret it. The only negative input is the case listed as blue on the site is actually teal-this does not match the iPhone blue...but the phone is protected.

I dropped several times,no issues. The front "glass" is plastic,not very tight so there are some "wrinkles" in it that may be causing dialing issues on occasion. I added an actual glass screen under the case because of the looseness of the front plastic, seemed to help a bit

It has been dropped several times in rain and on concrete. So far doing a good job. I haven’t submersed it in water but it keeps heavy rain out. The screen is a little loose as it doesn’t cling tightly but doesn’t seem to cause any issues with the typing. Touch screen works fine with it.

I tested the item by closing it and dipping it in water to see if any water got in, and it was dry. I don't use the phone inside the pool but it does sit by the pool so it can get wet. This case is not only waterproof but it is easy to hold to take pics while swimming. It is east to handle and very easy to slide the phone in and out. I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lite waterproof case that protects your phone by water.

I bought this almost 2 years ago and it’s still going. I work outside in mud, dirt, rain and snow and it’s alway dry and still intact. I’m not rough with my stuff but I do work and it has lasted forever for the price. It’s been dropped in pits, has scratches, dents and the phone inside is still brand new. I’d buy every time over otter box or life proof.

I haven’t tried it in water, but I lost my phone off the back of a truck on a country highway and zero damage and the phone worked great. The kids play with the phone and case and they haven’t caused any damage and no slobber from my toddler has gotten in. The camera area hasn’t fogged at all like it did with my lifeproof. Great case for a fraction of the price.

I spent a ridiculous amount of time looking for a phone case that was as durable as possible, where a separate screen protector wouldn't pop off an break like they always seem to do. The waterproof nature was an added perk since I spend a lot of time on the water and want to be able to whip out my camera and take photos.It took me a little experimenting to realize that my network connection was just fine, and it was the screen protector that was making it impossible to carry on speakerphone conversations. This is not a small inconvenience. Also, each time I have to take my phone out so I can have a speakerphone call I feel it is wearing on the protector and potentially pre-aging the waterproof sealing.I was also disappointed that the back of the phone is the same clear, thin material as the front. At least with other phone cases (like otterbox) you have a 50/50 chance of dropping them on the back where damage is unlikely. It seems a waste to have so little protection on the back when you don't need the transparency.I do like the all-surrounding nature of the sides and the rubber lip surrounding the screen. Although it hasn't been put to the test yet, it seems it is more resilient against corner cracks than most cases.

Great case. My kids loved using my phone when plying in the water and as a person that can’t drive, I never need to worry that my phone will get wet and I need a phone on my side all the time. The speaker is great and loud and didn’t get any troubles and my camera pictures are great and my camera is easy to just wipe it down now. Thank you for this great case and the wrist strap that is comes with.

Was priced appropriately and have had no issues so far with it
