I wanted a webcam that had good image quality, motion detection, and pricing. Specifically, I needed a camera that detected cars pulling into my driveway 100 feet away, and send an alert to my smartphone. The camera does this just fine, so I will be keeping it. HOWEVER...1) Lacks optical zoom2) Lacks ability to adjust brightness, contrast, etc. (Really strange for a webcam). The image is very sharp, but I would like to have darken the image just a tad.3) Lacks FTP function4) The camera's speaker is barley audible. I don't need it, so not a problem for me.5) Motion detection functioned well, but did not reliably save recordings to the SD card. I did not want to subscribe to their cloud storage.6) Setup was tricky. I have installed many webcams in the past and this one was a challenge.7) Manual was terrible. For instance, it says on page one that you must have an account, but does not tell you where or how to set up the account.8) The support website is useless. The quick start guide says to download the user manual from the website. No such manual was present.9) The AI smartphone App and the Danale PC software were fair at best. I don't like that you are dependent on a server located who knows where (China?) for this camera to functionIf the above issues are important to you, I would not buy this camera. But if you just want an alert that someone is at your door or in your yard or driveway, this camera will do the job.Update: Technical support responded to my email questions, and motion activated videos are now saved to the SD Card.Update: Camera malfunctioning after 2 months. No response from company. You get what you pay for. These cheap cameras from China are just not worth it.

Editing to update that all 5 of the S3345 cameras that I purchased are working for me now!Originally, I wasn't able to get these to initiate. After receiving a response from the seller, I was finally able to get them going. Aside from the instructions and documentation, I'm satisfied with the performance of the cameras thus far. The APP is okay but could use some improvement along with the recommended software program (in my opinion).The person who responded to my inquiry (seller) was helpful and provided some insight on getting me up and running with messages exchanged.The cameras seem to be well put together and are images have been excellent. They could be a wider view in my estimate though the quality of the video and value of the product make up for a minor issue.The cameras came well packaged for shipment arriving promptly absent any damage.4+ Stars. With some adjustment to the instruction element to guide through setup, I would give it a full five stars.

We could not get this system to work reliably. It would jump "offline" and then a power-on-off-cycle was required. The 3 output cables are too thick to mount effectively on a wall installation. Instructions are a pure translation from the Chinese, and are 95% worthless. It's being returned to Amazon. I don't have time to mess with defective products.Spend a little more money and get a higher quality camera

Camera: The outdoor camera itself is great for the price. Picture quality is excellent, night vision works well, and the motion detection can be adjusted to whatever level is needed. There is no built-in storage so an SD Card is needed for local storage. The only ding about the hardware is that it comes with a ridiculously short power cable.Software: The install instructions and software instructions are poorly explained (lots of engrish) and the current software has a bug where you have to change the timezone in the software to whatever time zone your camera is set to. Not just set the time to match the camera, the *exact* time zone. I do not not think most people would know how to solve this issue, I had to track down forum postings to find the solution. This is a commonly reported error on the software app (AI View on the google store). If you want to use cloud storage it is $5 a month. There is no way to access your camera footage except the app itself and maybe taking out the SD card. I have not tested if the footage on the SD card can be viewed by other software or if it is a proprietary video format.

Works great! Clear picture, easy to set up, couldn't ask for anything better! It being wireless is the best part. No cords to gst in the way.

Seriously.. a 46" Power cord ? What in the World is anyone supposed to accomplish with that? I ordered the CACAGOO (where do they come up with these product names?), after the other brand camera I ordered did not work. But at least the other camera had a 25' power cable extension included, which was perfect. The camera is mounted about 7' high on the front porch, and I ran the power cable through a piece of 1/2" conduit.. protecting it from being cut.So now, I had to pay another $9 for an extension, and get to wait a few more days! And still not sure how I'm going to conceal the ridiculous bundle of connectors that come off the camera. Definitely not user friendly! I will update if and when I finally get it installed.

Hello everyone! I want to talk about this home security camera. In the passed I have bought outdoor cameras in order to find one that was easy to install and durable. I have taken a gamble of purchasing the CACAGOO camera, the gamble I took payed off. The CACAGOO camera is very well priced. Also the fast install was easy. The video during the day is Cristal clear, at night when there is no light the video feed is great! To navigate this unit is simple, follow directions and in minutes you watch your home on your phone when you are away. GREAT CAMERA!!!!!
