It is what it says it is, the pen works fine and the oil smells good, yet it doesn’t work at all. If anything, it made my cuticles even drier

Moisturising, not scented,
It is a cuticle oil, so you can’t really go wrong with one. However, this one in particular is very long lastingly moisturising, and it really helps as I have rather dry cuticles.The only reason I knocked one star off, is because it claimed to be apple scented and it is definitely not. But I’m not sure if the other scents are really scented. ❤️💓
