I went with this pre-workout because I wanted something with EAAs since I like to workout fasted first thing in the morning. The amino and ingredient profile is pretty good, but the taste/flavor wasn't all that great. I think I'll keep trying other EAA pre-workouts until I find one with the right mix of good ingredients/aminos and good flavor.

I love using this product before/during my workout. It gives me lots of energy, but doesn't last so long that it affects my sleep at night.
