Cat Tale

Love this book! I got this for my son's 2nd grade class on his birthday and his teacher was very excited to read it again when they learn about homophones. Asking the kids if they know what homophones are was hilarious. "it's one of those phones with the long curly thing" HA! this is a very funny book for kids and adults!

This is a delightful book illustrating homophones and multiple meaning words in use. My second grade students loved it, but it can definitely be used for higher grades. My students did not always "get" how some of the words can have more than one meaning.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The description of the book said that it was in Very Good condition, but it is brand new. I gave the first crack to the spine and the cover is perfect as well. It is perfect and it arrived quite quickly. Thank you!

Anything by Michael Hall I love!!!! This is a great language arts book...use of homonyms the focus. Great for our youngest writers in my mind...but, a good read for ANYONE just for a story time book. LOVE it!

I like the illustrations. I bought it because of the illustrations and to use with an art lesson. Fun play on words.

My three year-old and I really enjoy reading this book together. It's witty and we laugh at the play on words.
