I am so happy that I purchase this product. It is exactly what is described. Easy to install the fit perfectly into my windows.

These look OEM but the holes didn't line up and couldn't find ones that would. I would do this again in the same pinch.Oh!, and the price is right.

I made them work but they are smaller than original latches.

Our house was built in 2005 w/(who knows what brand builder grade) tilt-out windows. I noticed a few days ago that the right latch in our daughter's bedroom window was broken, which explains why her room is always so drafty. I searched online everywhere and finally came upon these latches. I wasn't sure how to measure for them but figured as long as the screw spacing was the same, that would get me close.Thankfully I was right and they fit great! I was able to replace both latches on her window and the window now seals tight. The plastic doesn't seem as sturdy as the old latches, and were about 1/4-1/2" shorter, but it worked like a charm and screwed right in. Saved a few hundred on a new window, which I wasn't looking forward to replacing because we may be moving next year.I will be bookmarking this item in case I discover any more broken latches when I clean the windows for the fall. :)

I just want to point out that these are really cheaply made. They seem like 3d printed parts. The plastic is so thin that if you hold them up to the light you can see the light penetrate through them.The original latch had two springs; this pair only has one spring each (I used one of the old spring). Also, the screws provided were the wrong size (too small) so I had to use the old screws. Just make sure you don't tighten them down too much because I suspect these flimsy plastic pieces would crack very easily.With that said, they do work. I installed them because the hassle to return them wasn't worth it. But, I will most likely buy all my window parts from a window repair business going forward.
