Cheap quality
Very cheap, poor quality, not very bright. The top where the solar panel is would never hold up under normal outdoor conditions, and there is not very many led lights on this, and it has a very thick panel that reduces the brightness of what little light it produces. This even cheaper/worse quality compared to the 9.99 versions sold in stores. I didnt even try testing it against outdoor elements, I just sent it right back for a refund.

Bright, motion-activated, easy to install, charges easily. Bluish-white light
I bought this to light an outdoor staircase, and they work great. I installed this down low, near the step itself, but still in the open so it gets daylight. This way, it doesnt get in my eyes. The light stays on less than a minute when i move close enough, and that is plenty for my needs. The color is 6000K-6500K, which is a bluish-white, or “natural sunlight” color. I prefer a yellowish-white, around 3000K-4000K, but as long as it matches nearby lights, it looks fine, so if i get more, i will make sure they are the bluish-white color to match this one.
