We love this clock! Beautiful tone and tunes! The button at the bottom permits one to go through the melodies with the clock on or off. I don't know why anyone would want to turn it off. It's delightful and every hour for a few seconds reminds one that there is beauty in life.Quiet too. Cannot hear ticking.
