I bought this for my 3 year old who was excited to gaduate his toddler bed for his birthday. He wanted a blue bunkbed of course :p . With him still being so little i wanted to make sure i felt it was safe enough. This bunk bed ticked all the boxes i was looking for, we all love it and look forward to when he can sleep on top and his little brother can sleep on bottom. I would absolutely reccomend this to someone else.1) removable ladder- (can keep it off if not in room with child)2) kids cant climb up sides (safe)3) can be used as two separate twin beds ( a plus if boys need to share room for a while but both are too small to sleep on top)4) very sturdy construction5) very easy to put together6) great color and smooth finish (easy to wipe clean and no splinters;)

Beds were delivered before the expected date. The boxes and all pieces were in great condition. These bunk beds were very easy to assemble for one person. They are very sturdy and look great! Our boys (6 yrs and almost 3yrs) are doing great on them. The blue was a great choice too, it is a dark blue/gray that goes great with anything neutral.

Broyhill name is not what it used to be
The beds come in 3 separate boxes, and have instructions in one of them... I had to open each one until I found it. The hex screws all started to get stripped as soon as we started using them for the bed frames. I was unable to put it into a bunk set because the screws stripped after my husband accidentally attached the wrong rails to one of the ends. We now have 2 twins instead of the bunks that we wanted because of the cheap parts provided. We were also missing a few of the hex screws and the pins to put the bunks on top of each other [when assembled correctly] that put the frames together. So disappointed in this broyhill bunk set.

A solid piece of furniture and recommend it to anyone. Love the color and clean lines. once assembled it is great. Directions a little complicated.
