One of the Better Broom and Mop Racks for the Price
This is a solid holder for brooms and other similarly-handled items, although it would be nice if the slots were spaced further apart. With the slot spacing, to use all slots requires some artful arranging of your items, broom one with the bristles up, brush two with them down and so on. It's not designed for shovels or garden tools and I didn't expect it to hold anything heavy, but it does pretty well with indoor-use items. Some of the flimsy dry mopping tools, like a Swiffer, have handles that are pretty narrow and may slip in the holders, but the ones I tried held reasonably well if not perfectly. It does beat using a nail in the wall.

Otherwise seems sturdy and well built
One of the rollers was not in place upon arrival. Those are a big problem to get back into position and it seems the pin is only held in by the friction of the bands on the roller. I am concerned about how long those bands will last. The hanging fingers are a little too fat. I am seeing that most of the holes in the brooms/mops/etc almost friction fit onto those fingers. Also the return up on the hanging fingers is a little aggressive and too high. One has to rotate the broom/mop/etc. out from the mounting surface a whole lot to get it onto or off of the finger. The height on the return of the finger should not be as high and maybe at a 45 degree angle rather than a 90 degree angle.Otherwise seems sturdy and well built.

This is a good holder. I like the hooks
This is a good holder. I like the hooks! If you are trying to decide between this holder and the Evriholder Magic Holder 5-Position Wall Organizer and need hooks for dust pans ect., I would say get this one. Now I have a place for everything! I did have to use a rubbber band on my wooden broom handle as other have mentioned.Cons: The screws that come with it are designed only for dry wall, and to be used with the plastic anchors that come with it. My husband tried to use one on the solid wood trim board and had to hack saw them out. Put up with regular deck screws and works fine.

Works well, but wrong color
I purchased this item to organize the brooms and "Swiffers" that are stuffed in the space between the side of the refrigerator and the wall. The various pictures on the web page were confusing and I couldn't determine if the "Best Broom Organizer" was white or gray in color, but I purchased it none the less. It turns out the item I received was gray, so it has been relegated to the garage to hold push brooms and rakes.I purchased another smaller organizer from another seller that was advertised as white and that is now hanging in the kitchen. It would be of great assistance if important characteristics, such as color and country of origin, were clearly stated on the web page for the benefit of those shoppers who care about these sort of things, such as I.

holds a lot but could be stronger
This holder is sturdy and pretty well-designed to hold multiple cleaning items in a limited space. The hooks stick out in front of the ball-slots far enough that you can hang a row of things on the hooks and not interfere with the handles of items in the slots behind. However, the gripping ball-slot did not really hold a couple of heavier items firmly enough to keep them from slipping downward. I felt that I was using just the average size and weight brooms or mops but it might be necessary to place certain items with the handle pointing downward, just to keep the handle from pulling all the way through.

Great space saving tool
The product is as described. One of the balls came off but was easy to put back in place fairly secure. The unit came with no instructions, although installation is pretty straightforward. I just used clear contact paper to trace the back of the organizer to make a template. That helped to make the drill holes in the proper place. Once all the screws are in, the unit is sturdy. I had to play around with the placement of my cleaning tools to make sure everything fit without too much bulk.

Does work..... just not as expected
This product does hold my brooms and tool. Does seem to have quality construction and easy instructions. BUT I was expecting to be able to place a broom at any height and have it stay but he item will slide to the the end of the handle. This only happens with metal or plastic poles, slicker material. For wood items the pole will stay in place. So the item does hold my brooms and tool, but does work better with non slick material like unpainted wood.

Owned for 1 week....great product so far!
We are renovating a home and the laundry room required that we stack our LG w/d full size units AND put 2 pantry units in the space. This eliminated a lot of the area I needed to put the cleaning supplies. Our closets are located off the hallways and in the rooms, so I didn't want the cleaning items in those areas. I opted for this solution. The reviews were "iffy", but with very little problems I installed the item and used to it to hang: 2 swiffer vacs, 1 dust pan. and 1 soft dust mop. We bought a custom built 1955 home, which has plaster walls in the areas we haven't renovated. The item went easily into the walls with different, longer screws than were sold with the product. I'm not sure how the manufacturer assumed anyone could use the screws that were sold with the product, as they don't give any room to get the electric screwdriver into the hole. However, if you use longer screws the item holds to the wall great with no movement. So far, after 1 week (haha), I recommend the item.
