I use this mat under my Wahoo Kickr Core trainer and it's perfect. It catches sweat, protects my wooden floors, and it doesn't break the bank. It seems fairly durable but I am still kinda careful when walking on it with my cycling shoes. I don't think it will rip as it's seems well made, I'm just not trying to replace this anytime soon. The only negative is the initial smell that last a few days.

I had an eight year old mat that was similar to this that I use for our Insanity work out that I used to put a bike trainer on. I had to get one for my wife as we do Insanity together so I got this one and it works great. Size is just right, durable enough to stand up to jumps and side to side movement of running shoes. It also does not slide on hard wood floors or roll up while you are using it. Its also easy to roll up when needed for storage as I roll it up every day since we work out in our family room. Highly recommend.

Bought a nice new treadmill. Needed a mat to place under the treadmill to keep it from damaging the carpeted floor and reduce noise. I purchased this mat for that purpose. This mat is made of a thick, strong black rubber. The new treadmill is quiet and with the mat under it no one can tell the treadmill is in operation because it is so quiet. The mat is tapered all around the edges and makes a great trip free transition to and from the treadmill. I find this mat an extreme bargain and well constructed product.

I bought this mat to help protect my carpet and muffle the sound when someone in my household uses my new NordicTrack treadmill. It fits *perfectly* (has about one inch of space on all sides so that it doesn't stick out and look bad but still protects the carpet from all contact points) and muffles the sound fairly well when I'm running upstairs. It is a bit on the thin side and I can see indentations in the carpet when I lifted the treadmill and mat to check, but it doesn't seem to be a harmful amount. I would've liked the mat to be a bit thicker, but other than that, I have no complaints so far. It's a simple, fairly standard mat that gets the job done nicely.

After complaining to the dealer about static electric shocks generated by our treadmill during the winter, the dealer had two recoommendations: (1) make sure the treadmill belt is properly lubricated, and (2) don't put directly on the carpet but get a high-quality solid PVC mat. This mat is high-quality and nice looking. It does improve the static situation, but I can't say it is a cure-all for that. Definitely worth the investiment, and this was the best value I could find (LOVE that free shipping!)

I read some of the other reviews and don't understand the complaints about a life time warranty, I wouldn't expect a lifetime warranty on a treadmill mat. At any rate, the website clearly says 1 Year Warranty, and that's for just defects etc, pretty much standard warranty for products nowadays, no surprises there. The mat is excellent, fits my ProForm 590T treadmill perfectly, protects the carpet, it looks good, and it was promptly delivered. I recommend this mat if it fits your exercise machine without any hesitation.

I bought this mat to use with my new treadmill as you never want to put your machine on bare or carpeted floor. This is a really good and thick mat which protects the floor and absorbs sound from the machine. The price was good also. I would recommend for all treadmill users.

Bought this item for a new treadmill we purchased. I have black tile in our workout room so I didn't want to take any chances with scrapes, scratches or cracking. The mat works perfectly. The treadmill fit on it with about 1-1/2" overlap and is protecting the flooring. It seems to absorb a bit of the shock from us running as well. The box that it came in said "Body Solid Super Mat" so I have no complaints about this product. Exactly as advertised and suiting its purpose as intended. Highly Recommend!

Worked great for my treadmill and saved the carpet underneath. The size was good although my treadmill was a monster so it barely fit. LOL
