( so I return another brand and got this one instead ), I am trying this pad as we "speak", the one for the arm kept falling off!!! Had to pick it up and put it back on, readjust, I am sure I can tell this is not going to last already?! Perhaps they wanted me to reorder the sticking pad everyday?! Week?! Month?! No, I really don't think it's going to last for a month...1st; the packaging came nice and wrapped which I really like it considering we are still under covid, monkey pot whatever,Needs to cut open the individual package ( be careful not to cut the pad, then get yourself 8AA batteries ( 2 per stimulator),Hook up to the pad put on where ever you want to use on, the falls off, pick it up, put in back on ( that's actually the actual exercise you needs to do ),As for the abs, if you just sit on your coach ( that's exactly what I am doing; being a "coach potato" then is fine, but if I get up, falls off,Look I know it's not that expensive for what I got, but can't you guys make a better pads, at least the sticking part,I do really like the feel, is not too strong like the one before, felt pain, this one is confortable, so that's a plus, that's why I rated 3star.I am going to give this try a few more times, if I have to keep picking up those padding, these stuff is going back to the where house, would I buy it again; No.Btw; forgot to mention; No instructions; so you have to fingered it out on your own,Forgot to mention, the package was tear, but since I had to open it anyway, didn’t care much of itv

I have had this product for a little over a month. I have used it consistently-- two times a day the majority of the time. It tightens my abs, but there are a few problems. It works best when you first put the batteries in. After using the batteries for about 6-8 times, it doesn't work as well. To remedy this issue, I bought rechargeable batteries and a battery recharger. Unfortunately, rechargeable batteries aren't as strong as regular batteries, so it didn't work as well. Also, you have to buy gel pad replacements and replace them about every two weeks. I found that if I did not replace them, I would get a shock, probably because they had been worn out of their original spot. All-in-all, this is a pretty good item for the price. However, I have just ordered the OSITO EMS Muscle Toner ABS Stimulator Rechargeable because I don't want to continue to purchase batteries--I can recharge it.

It works very very well. Just be careful qithy level of intensity. The gel does not stick tot he skin ao i use tape to keep it innplace and it works very well.

First off, these general types of stimulator units will not make a person lose a bunch of weight, burn fat or get your abs, glutes, and arms in amazing magazine cover shape. These units are really good for toning muscles and providing massage to the muscles (with the vibrating settings). My wife and I have noticed positive benefits. For me, it tones and tightens my abs. For her, it's more about relieving hip tightness and dull pain from an injury sustained during her time in the military. So please, take it for what it is and you will be happy with the results.

I use this product because of the benefits of EMS. The different pieces it comes with fits for every area! I get my moneys worth! Great product!

Work good for the value. Wish the pads were just a little bigger.

The sticky pads are not as reusable as one would hope. And you need a lot of batteries, BUT it does work. It is great for kids as I can’t sit still so it is portable.

Missing most pieces except the large ab one.

Quality of the product is very poor, it came already broken. Very expensive, there are cheaper ones in Amazon that you could buy and it is the same.Some pads came out of the package, it seems, the set only contains the abb and arms stimulator and they put the other piece together.Does not hold on the body and keep coming off the muscle during usage. Gel pads are very poor quality and does not stick properly on the skin. Also is battery instead of recharcheable and nothing is mentioned on the product details.Disapointing..

These are garbage. They shock you and just cause pain.I wish I never bought them.So disappointed

Stopped working after five times of use. Got new gel pads thought it was that but it didn’t work. Sent it back and got a refund promptly

This is very cheaply made isn't strong enough to get to your muscles. Doesn't work properly not worth your money. I'm in the process of returning mine.

This product only worked for one use. Placed new batteries in and still didnt work.Waste of money . I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product
