Just like the original
The new battery arrived on time, fit perfectly, and worked as advertised. It was great to be able to unplug my old Toshiba Satellite and be truly portable, again. I was leery of buying a relatively inexpensive battery online, but it seems to be just fine. After a little research online, I followed the enclosed instructions to calibrate the new battery with a series of full charges and depletions.

Direct replacement
Easy install. Charged up and holds charge as well as the original battery pack. I gave 3 stars on longevity due to the fact that this was a recent purchase. It's hard to determine that at this point.

Won't last
This battery is a little over a year old and is totally dead and won't take a charge. Was not used too much either. The original lasted much longer.

Battery was purchased to replace hubby’s laptop original battery that is 15 yes old. It works well. Haven’t seen a down-side yet. Great price.
