I have a bad habit, at impact I close my eyes. I just need some help to correct my bad habit, I don' t need to full swing, just half swing and keep open my eyes. This is a perfect practice aid and I can practice inside house.

Being a PGA pro I'm always looking for ways to get my swing practice. This little practice tool does the trick! What you see in the picture is not exactly what you get, but close. The tethered ball is cheap at best and is a light plastic ball tied to a normal piece of string, not a bungee. So I made a couple of modifications. First I took that tethered ball off completely, and secondly, I turned the thing over and put 4 flat washers on the bolts keeping the rotating ball connected. With this I can swing at it with all my effort and it works beautifully! It might dance around a bit, but who cares? You can get countless swings in without leaving home or paying for the range! I can swing at it with my irons or fairway woods and If i absolutely need driver practice I may consider the tethered thing, but it's more frustrating than not. All in all I give it a thumbs up for repeat practice and after a couple of weeks of vigorous practice and use, it's holding up great (with the slight modifications noted). Get it, it's worth every penny!Update: 6/1/2016. I used this practice tool a lot and unfortunately the ball end of the arm broke off after a couple months of use. I am trying to replace this piece, but so far no response from the seller. Still think it's a useful product, just needs some strengthening here and there and better customer service on the seller's part.

This item does not come with any instructions, guide, or even tips about proper use. It has improved my swing a little, but I have not owned for long.
