Pretty good!
Tested this over USB and Bluetooth on my PC and it works basically flawlessly with a classic controller. Same goes for Bluetooth on the Switch. No noticeable input lag either way.Batteries don't like to stay inside. Cover pops off and batteries fall off their springs sometimes when carrying it around, but battery life seems to be pretty decent.Might pick up another one in the future.Side note: I actually bought this to connect a Wii Guitar Hero controller to my PC but it doesn't work for that, apparently.

Works great with SOME of my controllers but...
...not with all of them. The first one I tried was a wireless NES which did not work. Then I tested the wired NES controller and that worked perfectly! Which means that I would have to put AA batteries in the device in order to use the control "wireless" which is not THAT bad but not ideal, which is the only reason why I docked 1 star. It worked great with the SNES wireless controller which is good since there is hope for those games to come to the switch in the near future.

Cheaply made. Poor quality build.
Batteries would not fit. Did not fit properly. I did not test its other functions, due to batteries not fitting. Just get the 8BitDo for a few extra dollars.

Perfect convenient price for Smash Bros.
It does the job very well. It functions nearly as well as the 8BitDo Gbros adapter, however unlike the GBros this adapter does not feature a “Pro Controller” mode in which you can switch the Z and ZR configurations. Aside from that it functions identically. Perfect for Smash Bros. Ultimate whether playing in docked or handheld mode. I use this intensely online. Very very very slight input lag, but still managed to get into Elite Smash with it.

I attempted to play clone hero with no luck. The buttons seemed to be there without any actual purpose and had a weak grip on the controller

Works great!
Does exactly what it said, very easy and quick to use. If you have a NES or SNES classic controller and want to use it with the Switch, this is probably the best way to do it.

A great little-known must-have for the Switch
Great for playing NES online on the Switch if you have the NES classic controller. Easy to connect. May use it as a PC adapter for the GameCube next.
