Apple iPhone 4S Black Full Front Glass, LCD, and Digitizer & Full Rear Glass (Back Battery Cover) 9 Piece Tool Kit AAA Quality Parts, Repair Parts Replacement

Bought this combo to repair a Verizon CDMA model iPhone that had both digitizer and back panel cracked. The thing didn't fit quite well, so I grabbed my needle file set, flush cutters, a cold can of Budweiser and opened the radio (cue Thompson Square's 'Are You Gonna Kiss me or Not' playing on the workbench).Now, as with most things, we expect to have the digitizer/front panel to fit nice, flat and flush with the casing, but alas - the seller sent me a digitizer that was intended for some other model, the SIM-slotted models I reckon.I grabbed the flush cutter* and snipped one of the posts that were in the way, the one near the volume buttons. Filed down also one of the posts that would go inside the slots near the edge of the TRS audio connector. File 'em down until they are flush with the LCD and fits the casing, but don't go too far. You may crack the LCD in the process.Yours may vary, due to different tolerances some manufacturers have on their aftermarket iDevice components.So, if it don't fit, FILE IT DOWN!*Do this and you'll be grinding down the teeth of your cutters. Not cool, but I don't care. I can go to Radioshack and get another one.

I recieved the product fast and arrived as promised but the LCD digitizer front glass is damaged. I istalled it and after 2 days the digitizer started showing yellow spots around the corners and the color began to turn blak. I contacted the bussiness via E-Mail and the owner Steve Costello returned my E-mail and was able to send me a repalcement Digitizer right away. He went over and beyond couse the bad Digitizer was allready installed on my phone and the old digitized (the original) I had dispossed off. He send the new screen before recieving the defective one, thats going over and above in my book. I recieved the replacement and works great clistal clear. I would definatly buy again from this sellen, definatly a five star reviews. thanks

Bought this kit for my daughter as she's broken 2 iPhones. It took her nearly 4 hours to fix her phone. She stated the screws are extremely small inside the phone and that she didn't use most of the tools that came in the kit. But this kit did in fact fix her phone, she's happy and the price was very reasonable compared to a new phone. We do recommend watching the YouTube video to assist with the repair and you will have to watch it several times. Don't get frustrated.

Everything that came in this package was in perfect condition. Only thing that was wrong was one of the screws wasn't the right side for me to take it apart. I ended up taking it to the mall and having some guy at a kiosk do for me instead. Kind of defeated the purpose of me ordering the kit but he gave me a discount for having my own parts. So all wasn't really lost.

FIrst off, I'm not sure why other people are including in their reviews details on the process of taking the phone apart when this is a review about the screen itself.The back cover does not fit the phone very well at all. The lens is a good quality however.The digitizer/lcd is the worst part for me. While it does function normally like any other, it is polarized, meaning the way you tilt the phone, even slightly, affects what you see, (like how you see everything negative when you tip your laptop screen towards you). It also looks like the brightness is constantly turned all the way up.The tools worked fine for me, and the phone arrived sooner than I expected well packaged.

easy to replace on my cracked front and back screen took me about 1 hour because was my first time, looked on online for a video to do it, tools werent the best so i went to local tool store to get some better quality screw drivers and was extremely easy after that, hopefully wont have to do it again but would buy again

This screen is not original. How ever I dont think anybody can get original Apple products. For the money the screen works perfect and digitizer works great .I had no issues with dead pixels and had no issues with installing screen The tools it comes with are not the greatest how ever they get the job done ...

I took off a star because the screen does not line up. You have to brake off a side piece to make it work. I broke the screen trying to put it on.. Buyer beware
