Hi, I just want to make sure this is not dry erase marker or permanent marker, right? Because this is for my 5 years old.

It is not dry-erase for whiteboards and it does not have the permanence of other markers. We use them in the classroom and periodically wash it from the kids hands, elbows, and even faces. I'll assume it washes out of uniforms as we don't receive letters from irate parents :)

I am interested in brown washable markers which this is supposed to be. The ink color says blue. Which is it?
