Bink Gas Pressure Washer, 3600PSI at 2.8GPM Gas Powered Pressure Washer, 212CC Gas Power Washer W/25' Hose and 5 Nozzles

I loved this washer when it worked- but had two failures in a short period of time. The pressure washer worked great for about 2 days. We were pressure washing a house, read all the instructions for the pressure washer before use and abided by the instructions (except octane rating of the gasoline- 91 not available presently, so I mixed 93 and 87). Received and first used on 8/10/19; started having problems yesterday 8/12, and now completely worthless (even after an oil change, required after 5-hrs of use). Virtually no pressure coming out; initially it was pulsing from normal to low; now basically the same as if engine were off. Hose is not kinked- I even switched hoses. Inlet filter is clear. Outlet nozzle clear, and performance independent of which nozzle I choose. I did find it odd that the manual is very specific on not turning on the water until the motor is running. That does not sound like a good idea, but that is what I did.After several contacts with the vendor (in which they seemed clueless concerning the symptoms I provided), they finally decided to send a replacement part. Unbelievably, this part took 20+ days to receive! Quite annoying!!! After installing the part (no instructions provided)- the sprayer worked great for another day, until the starter cord failed to retract. Another failure! Very irritating.

So far it works fine spraying my deck and cars. The water hose connection need to have some way to keep cool.

Seems to be a good product. Although the gas cap melted on the first use. Reported it to manufacturer 10 days ago and still no response. Poor customer service

I purchased the Bink Gas Pressure Washer, 3600PSI back on July 1 and the unit worked great till today I tried to start it and it will not start and the pull cord will not retract back into the engine.I would like to find a phone number for customer support or a place I can take it too in the Denver CO area for repair

Used this on several of my cars and toys. Works just as good as the car wash. Picked up some washer concentrate and tried the soap. Yes it works too. The photo shows one of my car I just washed. Couldn't be a happier customer!

Like the upright and its handling better than the lower to the ground tanks. Starts right up.Hose developed a pin hole after we started using it, but the company fixed the problem with another hose.

It performs good but the wand is cheap!
