nuLOOM Fez Moroccan Trellis Area Rug, 5' x 8', Slate

This is a beautiful and plush area run. It feels nice on your feet and is defense enough that vacuuming is a breeze. That said the reason it doesn't get 5 stars are the following:1. Your monitor can greatly affect the color you see on the screen. I viewed it on both my laptop and iPad before purchasing. It appeared to be two completely different colors. We knew that any neutral should work for our room, so we made the purchase. It is best described as a light (neutral to warm toned) tan with slightly off white details.2. While we vacuum regularly (household with dogs), this rug is showing discoloration/ ware in the highest tragic area after 9 months. The area between the couch and coffee table for us. We rotated the entire rug to minimize ware and increase the life of the rug.

I ordered two of these rugs in two different sizes for the same room. The first rug looks like the picture and is very soft and plush, has nuloom sticker on the back, only complaint is the white looks dingy and not crisp like the photos. The second rug came the following week and though it is the same pattern it is NOT the same rug. It has no white border, the feel is much much rougher and not plush, the color is a darker and different shade of gray and the pattern is slightly smaller though whiter and has no nuloom sticker on the back. I can't use these rugs in the same room. Difference is MUCH more obvious in person than in photo. Very disappointed the second appears to be a fake.

We loved the pattern. The product shipped quickly and as described. The rug is very plush and comfortable to walk on. My only complaint is that every time I vacuum there seems to be an excessive amount of fuzz coming off the rug. I'm hoping with time the rug will stop shedding. But for now it seems to be holding up very well.

I recently purchased this rug and so far we love it!! It is very plush especially for the price. The lines on this rug are definitely not white but it still look great!! (they are closer to a cream) You DEFINITELY need to follow the recommendation of the first good vacuum to avoid pilling. GREAT BUY!! :)

This is so well made. Even the backing is good quality. It's a deeper pile than I thought which makes it comfortable to lay on, even if it's on wood floors. It looks a lot more expensive than what I paid for it and gives a real elegant look.

I love this rug but only gave it 4 stars because it is more of a green toned gray instead of a silver gray as the picture depicts. It is a nice thick rug and looks great in my office.

I read other reviews about shedding and thought they were being rough with the rug or it happened over time. NOPE! The stuff comes out just by touching with your hands. It looks FILTHY with the amount of shedding. Because of the nature of the material, it likes to stick with to the rug when I try to vaccum it up so I have it pick them all up by hand. I'm honestly glad someone spilled tea on it and I can't get it out. I'm so tired of hand cleaning this thing on a weekly basis. Side note, my color is not beige or cream at all. It's off white and gray.

Feels very soft, color in person looks much darker tho, I was prepared for taupe gray as it looks on the pic, it's a much deeper blue gray in person. Hope it wears nicely, will do the job

What am I supposed to do about the two deep wrinkles in this carpet.
