This is a great price on a very concentrated solution of BZK.This is a 50/50 solution. The regular concentration of items made with this is less than .1%. Yes, .1%. It's the antimicrobial ingredient in Bactine, hand wipes, and many other wound care, or disinfecting products.Because this is such a strong solution, use common sense by wearing protective gear, and making sure your end product is the correct percentage. Measure, don't guess.I wear a good quality ventilator mask, rubber gloves, protective eyewear, and a generic tyvek suit. You do not want to inhale the undiluted solution as it can cause permanent lung damage, and you don't want the undiluted solution to get on your skin.That might seem like a lot of work to mix up a bottle of disinfectant, but if you plan ahead and make up several bottles at a time, and keep your safety equipment together and easy to access, it is more than worth it. The gear is inexpensive, and when taking into account that this bottle could last for years, it makes the price much less than buying premade items. I have previously purchased this chemical from a laboratory supplier. This particular product has a strong smell that was nothing like the high-purity chemical version. Not sure what that means about the purity of this product, but be aware that there are some stinky contaminants of unknown identity..

I have mixed 10ml per gal of distilled water (hand sanitizer) and 25ml per gallon (surface disinfecting). works greatAs well, I have plenty of product.

The result seems to be just the same as what was in the empty bottle I used.

Smells a little different than some premix I have used. Smells kind of like battery acid. Hopefully it works well. Price could be a bit lower. Will be using this extensively during my wife's stem cell transplant.

If you know how and can do the necessary dilutions, this can be your most effective sanitizer and disinfectant in your household. I have not measured its concentration and can only subjectively state that it works as I expect it to work, usually as a disinfectant or topical treatment for infected small wounds. It kills a lot of bugs, including yeast overgrowths on skin.

this is not a tincture, it is a concentrate.It is very soapy, and completely unlike the tinctures.I diluted it in half, with distilled water, and it burned me. It has to be diluted a lot.
