Works well enough.
I put this on my Epiphone Les Paul 100. It wasn’t a perfect fit but, once on, you can’t tell the difference. It is a flat piece so it has to bend with the curvature of the guitar. The screw holes don’t align perfectly but they do work.

The first jack plate received did not match the hole ...
The first jack plate received did not match the hole pattern for the Les Paul. The 2nd order I placed and received did match the hole pattern.

An item/part near impossible to replace...
A very difficult near impossible find for Epiphone LP's. My original Jack Plate is cracking on my Epi LP 100 - and nothing has worked as a replacement then I found this part...
