It seems to be doing the job

This product is absolutely horrible. I've worked out 4 times a week for the last 2 months and have taken this minutes before each workout. It produced zero results. I didn't see a difference and not only that, but I felt sort of sluggish while working out in the first month after taking this. Total waste of money.

Garbage doesn't work at all

First off, it wont make you hard. Low reps and high weights will do that.I tried this for a few weeks, and I didnt really see any results with this. Honestly, you would get the same results taking BCAAs and ZMA but for less money.

My boyfriend recommended me to try this for my competition. While I was on this product my muscles felt more "full" or dense. It was quite the sensation and made me feel like I was getting where I needed to be before my show. I've competed in the past so I know there is a difference for sure when using Epiq Hardening. My boyfriend also uses this which is why he recommended it to me.
