One Direction: All the Way to the Top

I learned a lot about my favorite artist in this movie. Its epic. I knew most everything in this movie except that Liam had a failing kidney. But there was still good info in it.

It is very refreshing and seemed well-thought out given that these lads are still very young. Enjoyed it a lot.

Kept hearing about One Direction from granddaughters so decided to watch the documentary. I may now listen to this group's music music.

The U.K. has given us an array of amazing boy bands. It may be hard to envision now, especially with an aged Paul McCartney on tour, but The Beatles be the ultimate boy band of their era to the phenomenal Take That, who never got a full breakthrough in the states.......but have the ability to sellout stadiums across the United Kingdom and European capitals. Like Take That, but unlike The Beatles.....One Direction was assembled by Simon Cowell. But unlike Take That, One Direction has won immediate favor here in the states.Take That has one incredible songwriter and four more with the ability to write a worthy song or two. The Beatles had at least two main writers and two capable of creating solo careers for themselves. One Direction has yet to show any songwriting abilities.But the one major boy band requirement they all possess is that they're all cute as hell and just as adorable.The Beatles were great musicians. Take That are great entertainers who can out dance their competition. One Direction can claim great harmonies. They don't dance and are awkwardly choreographed. But it is their winning sound as an entity that has become their trademark. Their songs like "That's What Makes You Beautiful" or "Live While We're Young" are perfect examples of those strong, harmonically arranged songs!

Good movie love one direction fun to see in consert my kids love there songs my kids like rock me and kiss you

There were more people talking about the band than showing the actual band. Showed the same clips of 1D over and over again. Very repetitive.

one direction is just so dam sexy get this movie because you will love it if your a directioner .

Ok I wanted something to listen to while writing my paper but this was unbearable. First off, this was made in the Up All Night days. Liam still had the wavy/straightened thing going on, Zayn's hair was very manicured, Niall still had his super rosy cheeks, Louis was still wearing red trousers and loving carrots, and Harry still had the super tight, fluffy curls. So much has changed since then and this is now irrelevant. Also, this was made in the Harry mania. The first hour of it is focusing on his 'womanizing' status as the front man of the band. I hated that portrayal of him then and I still hate it. He cared for Caroline and she cared for him. So what about her age? I liked her a lot better than Taylor. Also, Harry is not going to go solo/ do any movies. Like what the hell. This movie is awful. Do not waste your time.

pour usage personnel. Je n'ai pas trop aimé car je croyais que c"était un film sur leur vie avec plusieurs de leurs chansons. Mais non, seulement un documentaire et juste une de leur chanson.

J'étais trés contente d'avoir recu ce dvd super rapidement mais j'étais un tout petit peu déçu quand je me suis apperçu que malheureusement , il n'y avais aucun sous titre en francais. J'aurais du vérifier mais bon... j'ai quand même pris du plaisir à le regarder ^^

Attention, ce n'est pas en français, mais vo avec sous-titres ! Dommage... De plus, on n'entend pas vraiment leurs chansons, c'est plutôt un documentaire qui raconte leurs histoires...
