BEBONCOOL Wireless Remote Presenter, Wireless Presentation USB Control PowerPoint PPT Clicker

I'm a teacher, and I bought this for the first day of class. I had been using a bluetooth mouse, but thought that it would be easier to have just a clicker in my hand than it would be to walk around the room with a clipboard and my mouse. Unfortunately, this device is either very glitchy, or I got a defective unit. The button would "jam" and FLY through 15 slides at a time out of nowhere. The weekend before school started, I spent HOURS making an awesome first day presentation, including gifs of their favorite celebrities and cartoon characters. But since the clicker got stuck, it ruined all of my surprises! I say "jam," but I could not feel any actual difference. Maybe I touched it at just the wrong angle -- or so I told myself the first time. I was being VERY careful with it after that, and it happened twice again in my first period class, and at least twice in second period before I gave up and used my bluetooth mouse for the rest of the day. It was very frustrating because first impressions are important and set the tone for the entire school year. I teach high school, so the students are very technology savvy, and very quick to smirk or giggle at what they perceive to be "incompetence." I wish I had just stuck with my mouse from the start.I haven't had a chance to return the item yet because the first week of school is incredibly hectic, but I will be returning this over the weekend and getting a brand that another teacher at my school recommended to me which she has been very happy with.

This thing was awful! Every time you click to advance one slide it would scroll ahead through about 5-6 slides rapidly. Then I’d have to click all the way back to the appropriate slide. I missed the deadline to send it back, so it went in the garbage. Don’t buy this. It’s a cheap knockoff of the real thing, and doesn’t work.

This is a very ergonomic clicker and is easy to use. The problem is, when I click the "slide forward" button, most of the time it would advance multiple slides at once (6 or 8). This isn't workable. I returned it for a replacement and had the exact same problem. This is disappointing; I have had a device identical to this for 20 years and have really enjoyed it, but it physically fell apart from lots of use. I was excited to find an exact replacement, but until the company figures out how to solve this software or hardware glitch (probably manufacturing quality control), I would stay away from this clicker. I ended up buying a different model from a different manufacturer.

I bought this off the suggestions of a fellow co-worker. When it works, it does what it's designed to do. However, after about a minute of use, whenever I click to the next slide it auto clicks about 20 times. This is very frustrating when trying to teach class. I have replaced the battery multiple times and the issue has not be solved.

I'm having the same problem that other recent reviewers are having. When I click the next slide button once very quickly, it scrolls through 15 slides or more all at once very quickly. I then have to take time out of my presentation to scroll back to where I wanted to be with the slides. This is a real problem in front of a class of 150 students. Unfortunately, I have missed the return window by a few days, so I'll have to discard this one and find a better option. Don't buy this version.

For a remote control, easy and sufficient are actually all I care about. I do not want complicated functions that are rarely useful. BEBONCOOL is small yet easy to hold. Has all the basic functions of advance, back, black screen, and laser pointer. And it has the nice "zoom" function to go in and out of presentation mode for a "faster scroll", which unfortunately is quite useful due to my lack of proper presentation flow (or audience' lack of patience). I also chose the Bluetooth version, which still has the RF option as backup, but integrates nicely with by BT enabled laptop. In short, this is an excellent buy that you wouldn't regret.

Works well, good features.The only negative is on occasion you have to point it directly at the receiver in the laptop to advance, but most of the time it's point and click operation

Hubby is very happy, works great. Fits in pocket, while he is using it. When he wears this one out will reorder.When he tested it on delivery, the cats had a great time chasing the laser too!Cheers
